What is your side of the story?:
- The inability to mentor was already dealt with before I even was promoted to the rank of Head Moderator, and the 4 complaint made against me have been compiled into a Minor Infraction and we're made last month. As of recent, another complaint was made against me, however I was not informed of this complaint, only when they brought me to tell me I've been demoted.
Why should you return / what will you change?:
- I think this demotion was dealt with poorly and it seemed to me like they are bringing up already talked and resolved problems that I've had. They did not deal with me professionally in regards to the latest complaint someone's made against me. They have told me I need to improve, however when asked, example during the mentoring sessions I did, I was told that I was doing just fine and there was nothing to improve .I also think this demotion had some bias to it, however it's merely a though and I really wouldn't consider it as it's main reason. I think my activity and my completed duties as a Head Moderator have been enough proof to show that I really enjoy being a staff member and have caused no trouble with other staff members or other players. There are also some personal issues that I'm trying to fix so that they don't interfere with the servers continuance.
