What makes you suitable for SCP-096?: I believe im suitable for SCP-096 because i have experience with E-11, another reason im suitable for 096 is that i enjoy roleplaying as SCPs, and would like to help people have a more fun and realistic roleplay experience.

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?: Crying on the floor not attacking anyone trying to cover his face while sitting on the floor, while this is happening you can hear him quietly crying, after that he start roaming around slowly, but as soon as somebody looks at his face even for just a second he while do anything in his power to eliminate the target.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: SCP-096 is allowed to go after whoever saw his face/picture

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process: Before anything make sure to get scramble goggles as this is necessary to survive. Once you have acquired scramble goggles grab a bucket from PW bathroom etc, then locate 096 and wait for him to neutralise his targets. After that start beaming him and cuff him then return him to his containment chamber.
