Why are you applying for Security Captain?
- I have been security Sergeant for a couple weeks now. I am really liking being able to run D-Block when needed but also being able to help and support lower GSD staff is very rewarding and fun as It was not so long a go that I was in their shoes so I want to really give back to them but also make sure that D-Block is safe and efficient. But also I want to show that GSD is a great depart to work for. As a leader I am very versatile so will be able to very quickly adapt to different scenarios that could be thrown at me and I will be able to deal with them efficiently and legally whist Overall the main reason for becoming a leader is because from the get go I always wanted to be in a senior role for GSD so I am very grateful that I might be able to be the Captain that I saw when I was a cadet, And hopefully inspire others just like myself.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
- Having worked my way up to my current role of Sergeant I understand what it takes to make sure D-Block is running smoothly from having to have really good communication but also being able to make decisions when needed. I also have worked hard to gain good relationships with fellow GSD staff but also staff from the other Departments because with out them GSD would not work as well. I also would also bring some fun to the role when the time is right as without having fun morale will be lower so by having it high fellow GSD staff and also other department staff will be much happy do the jobs that they are doing which will intern help to make D-Block more Efficient and safe. I do not have much experience when it comes to writing documents but I am very happy to learn how to do this along with a lot of other thing that I may need to learn. I have done almost all my work for the GSD so it really does have a big place in my heart so I would want to honour this by making sure the GSD remains the best department and that all staff, especially me being higher ranked upholds the foundations rules and beliefs.

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
- Acting as a direct representative of the GSD.
- Leading GSD during situations like Code 1 or Code 5.
- Ensuring that I am not captured by D-class members.
- Taking down any CI encountered.
- Eliminating ( Arresting if possible in correct scenarios) rogue D-class individuals as needed.
- Overseeing and guiding lower-ranking GSD members in their daily tasks.
- Instructing GSD members on their duties and providing tips for improvement.
- Allocating patrols to response units, patrol kits, and the SCU.
- Assigning posts in D Block and other areas as necessary.
- Leading sweeps as required.
- Ensuring troublemakers are appropriately dealt with.
- Assisting the chief with any necessary tasks.
- Assisting with the recruitment of sergeants.
- Conducting try-outs for heavy weapons and riot control licenses.
- Creating and delivering GSD presentations and lectures when necessary.
- Writing GSD-related documents.
- Setting a strong example for cadets.
- Locking and unlocking blast doors when necessary.
- Accepting feedback from command if things go wrong.
- Contributing to the overall improvement of the GSD (both in-character and out-of-character).
- Ensuring tests and escorts are carried out smoothly and without incident.
The Story
Steave’s journey is one of redemption, handwork and sacrifice. Once stuck in a very deep and dark place his past is dark, filled with lots of mistakes, and over 10 years spent in prison that left him broken. But whilst inside those prison walls something clicked. He realized his future didn’t have to be stuck in the dark, that’s when the real work began. He threw himself into education, physical training, and self-discipline Whilst still in prison When he was released from prison Steave was determined to turn his life around . He was offered a Rehab role as a prison helper He faced a lot of doubt from everyone around him, from fellow officers to the Inmates who couldn’t look past his criminal history. But Steave kept pushing, working harder than anyone to prove that change was possible. He eventually earned his place in the academy, and after years of relentless dedication, he became a police officer, rising to the rank of Commander. Now, as the Security Captain, his journey continues.

Every day, Steave battles the weight of his past while working to make a difference in the present. He knows what it’s like to be on the wrong side of the law, which is why he fights so hard to make sure others don’t end up where he was. He tries to help those who are struggling but is constantly reminded of the fine line he walks between the man he used to be and the man he has become. Every decision he makes, every action he takes, is shaped by that struggle. The temptation to slip back into old ways is always there, but Steave keeps fighting to be better. After all, if he can change, so can anyone. his anger can sometimes get the better of him but through Kung-Fu he uses mediation which he learnt in the prison he uses it as a way to calm back down at get the job done. He is very ambitions and will not let anything or anyone get in his way even if this could cause trouble or friction. he is also a good problem solver as he would play sudoku and other puzzle style games to while away the hours.
