Have you received any kicks/bans/warnings? and why?:
I have a single warning for FearRP from 13th August 2023 due to a misunderstanding of a rule, this has since been cleared up with staff.
How long have you been a Senior Agent?
I have been a Senior Agent for a week, although Deputy Director Charlie Freddo has given me direct permission to apply before the two week period.
Why are you applying for Special Agent?
I am applying for the role of Special Agent in the Department of External Affairs due to my love for the Department. I have worked closely with many Special Agents, Agency Managers and Directors of the department and simply, I've fallen in love with it. I have a deep passion for this which is why I want to progress through the ranks and be able to contribute more. I'd like more authority inside the department so that I can help steer new Agents on the right path and ensure that we perform to the best of our ability.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
I think what makes me suitable as a Special Agent is the pure passion I have. I have experience in Nu-7 which has given me a vast amount of knowledge about the Surface and the procedures in place to protect and defend the facility, as well as gather information and intelligence that is held to the highest standard. I'm an incredible team player and I'd like to believe I am a good leader, which would make me, over other candidates a better fit.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
I've written a fair few documents during my time at the facility, mainly research documents. I think the main things that make a document great are having a clear cover page, an index for the document so you can easily navigate to where you need to be, proper formatting - no one likes a messy document and the use of proper spelling, punctuation and grammar.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
The role of a Special Agent in the facility carries a vast amount of responsibilities, much more than a Senior Agent. I'll list below the main ones with details about why they are important.
Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Joe Flynn, code name 'Table', emerged from a background rooted in IT and software development. Graduating with distinction in computer science, his path seemed destined for a career in technology. However, a twist of fate introduced him to the SCP Foundation during his university years.
Joe's analytical mind, honed through years of rigorous programming and development work, found an unusual fascination with the cryptic anomalies of the SCP Foundation. His ability to unravel complex reports and connect seemingly unrelated data quickly made him a prized asset. With an unwavering desire to join the SCP Foundation's External Affairs Department, Joe believed his unique set of skills could bridge the gap between the Foundation and the outside world. To symbolize his commitment, he adopted the code name 'Table', which represents stability and diplomacy.
Although joining the Department presented its challenges, Joe's unwavering determination prevailed. He played a critical role in managing digital security during the containment of high-profile anomalies while fostering crucial relationships within the Foundation. His efforts were rewarded and he is now the lynchpin of the Foundation's external relations management.
As 'Table', Joe navigates diplomatic waters with governments, intelligence agencies, and international organizations, while safeguarding the Foundation's covert existence. His vision for a more transparent and collaborative SCP Foundation remains a work in progress. However, he remains in his belief that diplomacy and cooperation can enhance the Foundation's mission against the unknown.
Joe Flynn codenamed 'Table', is a tech-savvy diplomat in a world where diplomacy wears a unique digital cloak. His unexpected journey to the SCP Foundation underscores his passion for understanding and containing anomalies, propelling him forward, one negotiation at a time.

What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
The role of a Special Agent in the facility carries a vast amount of responsibilities, much more than a Senior Agent. I'll list below the main ones with details about why they are important.
- Organising and Conducting Crosstraining between Departments - This is crucial so that the departments are able to work better with each other, so they can learn how each other communicates and how they both operate. If this is done successfully we build a good working bond with each other, allowing us to outperform any issues we may come across.
- Conducting Tryouts for New Members - Recruitment is a big thing for the DEA, we need to be actively recruiting to keep our workforce up. The main reason is that a lot of people may wish to join the DEA, but times may not suit them. I'll be aiming to host these at times that suit everyones needs instead of the normal UK Evening tryouts.
- Assisting Directors and Agency Managers in the fulfilment of their duties - The Agency Managers and Directors are extremely busy, assuming the role of Special Agent means you should help offload some of these tasks from them to ensure that everything can get done in a timely manner.
- Dealing with Groups of Interest on the Surface - This role gives you superiority over others, meaning you will be the first line of contact when it comes to dealing with GOIs such as the Insurgency, MC&D or the UN-GOC. It would be my job as a Special Agent to ensure we keep relationships good and stop any wars from breaking out.
