What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
-I enjoy taking part in rp situations
-I enjoy talking to others and going into the position I believe will allow me to talk to many kinds of people
-I like when the foundation runs smoothly and therefore I believe having a good chain of command is important
-I do not like to sit still unless actively doing something leading me to see a lot around the foundation, I believe this may help as an assistant as I may keep the foundation in check by seeing when site staff does something wrong

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
Follow orders or deliver orders from the 05 council, watch foundation personnel to make sure the legal codex is being respected and followed, report to the 05 council, deliver orders to A-1 when no overseers are present* if needed, and authorize the use of AA during a breach if no one of appropriate level is on to do so

Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Talinum's journey into the secretive world of the SCP Foundation began with a peculiar series of events. Hailing from a background in cryptography and anomalous phenomena research, Talinum's unique skills quickly caught the attention of Foundation recruiters. His expertise in deciphering cryptic messages and identifying hidden patterns made him an invaluable asset to the organization. Initially, Talinum was employed as a junior researcher, tasked with unraveling the mysteries behind various SCP objects, and quickly rose the ranks and was eventually taught Thaumatology. Driven by his ambition, Talinum set his sights on becoming an Overseer's assistant. He recognized that this role carried immense responsibility, as it involved managing the Foundation's intricate operations. His goal was to help maintain the equilibrium between the preservation of knowledge and the protection of humanity.
I would personally enjoy Talinum partaking in storylines involving corruption within the foundation or other stories involving somethin needing fixing within the foundation itself, however playing a secondary role in another story would also be something Talinum would do
