What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
Firstly would be my ability to perform. My kind of RP is rough and confrontational, it's all about getting the best outcome of any situation to favour my side. While this is my preferred kind of approach, it is not my only. I know how to act depending on what kind of scenario I am in, something I believe is critically important to know due to your own behaviour being the backbone of how people see you and especially who you represent.
Another reason would be my experience. I have command experience in A-1 which gives me extensive insight on not only what F3 does but how to do it. It also gives me the knowledge on how to work with A-1 in terms of utilisation and, more importantly, how to work for them.
Overall I consider myself an active, understanding and fairly experienced member of site who can bring a range of skills already aligned with F3 back into the fold. I have a strong urge to work with F3 again, this time trying something new.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
The responsibilities of an OSA can vary from person to person however the broader duties would be as such.
Firstly would be to be a representative of the council, people may see the site inspectors but an OSA is the one they know. They are both the messenger and the collector. They observe, report and do everything they possibly can to further the goals of the council. If an overseer wants something done, and OSA is already scouting ahead. In doing this they work extensively with A-1 and are entrusted to advise assist and (if the situation requires it) order A-1 to assist in doing their duties.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
I want to be an OSA because I feel I am ready to take my RP to the next step, while I have CL4 experience I do not have experience as a CL4 outside of A-1 / combative and I believe this would be an amazing place to start not only due to the familiar surroundings but because this is simply where I want to be. I like helping my fellow F3 personnel in whatever capacity I can, and I wish to continue doing that. Overall, this is an opportunity for me to not only learn but use the skills I already have to accelerate such learning substantially.

Real name (OSA name): Max Stone
Background:
Max Stone, born 17/06/---- graduated [REDACTED] with a bachelors of law, immediately after they joined the UK armed forces as an officer. After commissioning, Max served in the Royal Military Police, specialising in security, riot control and gaining a high knowledge on the topic of law and order. During Max's tenure as an officer, Max grew more in favour of not what should be done but what has to be done, this kind of thought made Max disillusioned with the ethical nature of modern day policing and led to his discharge by personal request.
After leaving the armed forces, Max was approached by a man in a long dark coat who offered him an opportunity to serve something greater and more in line with his skillset. Max accepted on the belief he would be something more than what he was, however he soon found himself guarding D-block on site-65 as a simple cadet. This however wasn't his break but the beginning of his new life to glory. Rising through the ranks with speed due to his extensive experience, Max attained the rank of GSD SGT, after this he saw interest in a mysterious unit on site which held the prestige he had always wanted.
Max soon found himself in Alpha-1, codename: 'Inheritor', his life was now apart of something greater. His skills were refined and his ability was finally recognised, Max experienced a fruitful career in Alpha-1, attaining the rank of CPT. Max was discharged and all memories of Alpha-1 amnesticated due to [REDACTED].

This character will basically be picking up where it left off, recalled by the council to serve a new role. Inheritor was a very authoritive character, focused not on right or wrong but on necessity and getting the job done, being valued is extremely important to him thus he is eager to prove himself at nearly any cost. However this does not blind him, he is a willing servant who acts accordingly and cares about his fellow co-workers on F3.
