What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number):
I am applying for the position of O5-2 however I do not expect to be put at this position but as of current, this is the only position that is open to be applied for however I am happy to be put at either O5-4 or O5-3.
What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
Dedication
One of the things that I pride myself on is my dedication to any role that I acquire. In my time in Alpha-1, I have spent way over 6 months playing non-stop and I believe this is one of my most important qualities. If I was given the chance to become a member of the O5 council I would be extremely active on the role meaning I would be there for any incidents that may occur on site or for anything that calls for a member of Site command.
Knowledge
In my 1500 hours of playtime on the server, I have taken many steps to understand how both the site and the server as a whole works. I have played and have been given the chance to play and role-play on many different and diverse roles which have helped me expand my knowledge in different areas such as being in an ISD which has helped me understand how a CL4 position works along with how the O5 council works. Other positions that I have either held or am holding have helped me understand how certain things on the site work such as being a DEA special agent being able to Roleplay on surface and etc...
Leadership
I have led Alpha-1 as both a CO and as an LTCOM for a very long time and this has helped me increase and improve my leadership capabilities. I understand what it takes to be both a commander of a regiment and also an Overseer. With my leadership skills, I believe that I would be able to help lead certain things as an O5 such as RP scenarios or something different like taking lead in situations when speaking to GOI's ,other people on the site or a wide array of other things when the time calls for it. I have been at the position of LTCOM for well over a month to 2 months and way longer as a member of the CO team and I would say that I have most definitely led the regiment into one of the better states it has ever been in and I could most definetly use the skills which I used in A-1 to my advantage if I became a member of the O5 council as it would definitely let me look at things from a wider perspective and more.
RP creation
With my past experiences on the server, I would try and create different experiences for people on the server which would be catered to try and involve a whole range of people/groups on the server such as GOC, CI, and parts of the foundation such as E-11 and Nu-7. Roleplay creation is the main objective for SC to create and this would be one thing I would be looking at to do. Different things I would do would be interacting with members of the research department and then getting People ranging from Jr researchers to Exec researchers involved in doing different tests with different goals.
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
Create and lead roleplay scenarios and storylines for the whole of the server
When a department such as DEA goes into critical condition or is in an extremely poor position then a member of the O5 council or all of the O5 council can take direct lead of the department and help improve things within such department. (This would only happen in extreme cases)
Members of the Overseer council and foundation command have the power to call a code black which is the evacuation of the facility, a code black is called in extreme circumstances such as a mass containment breach or an 008 breach.
Members of the O5 council have access to the on-site Alpha warhead which is activated if it is deemed that the facility has been lost to a containment breach.
Members of the Overseer Council are able to authorise tests on different SCP's and etc... Along with this the O5 council are the only governing body on the site that has the power and authority to authorities termination tests on SCP's.
Overseers are the direct leaders of Alpha-1 and give A-1 orders on a daily on what to do around the site.
Overseers also direct Overseer Assistants to do tasks on behalf of the council and then also order OSA's to take lead in certain scenarios.
See what is happening on the site and then give orders to site administration (when needed).

Accept and deny OSA applications
Accept and deny site directors application (Decided by all the O5)
Decide on the Alpha-1 Commander when a position is open
Deny or accept the DEA directors application

Hold RP leader meetings / attend meetings with all RP leaders in which they discuss potential RP scenarios and storylines that could potentially happen.
Overall just be an RP leader, trying to make different stories that help enhance the RP of the server for other players on the server.
