Why are you applying for Special Agent?
I'm applying for Special Agent as I believe it's the next step I need to take after spending time playing Senior Agent and Field Agent. I would like to take the step up to Special Agent as it I believe it can open a lot of roleplay opportunities that I currently can't be involved in. Having Special Agent would allow me to take more control over situations and provide me with more opportunities to make decisions over roleplay scenarios.
Since joining DEA, I've enjoyed it thoroughly and believe it's one of the most enjoyable departments on the server. I would like to progress through the department as much as possible so I can see it assist in anyway possible and see it prosper.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
So far, I believe I am suitable for Special Agent as I have helped create and assist with Roleplay within and outside DEA. Using my position in SIC, it has allowed me to utilise missions to reach out and create interesting Roleplay involving other deparments. Personally, creating Roleplay with other department and GOI's is one of the most important aspects for a CL4 position and I believe that I can exell at this.
Furthermore, I have a good amount of experience in both GOC and CI. Being a CO in both regiments has allowed me to grasp and learn more about them overall, having this knowledge will assist me in creating Roleplay catered to both factions, ensuring that its enjoyable and interactive.
Allthough DEA isn't fully non-combative, it's still a very roleplay heavy department. Throughout my tenure on the server, I have held roleplay focused positions such as ECA and consultant, having experince in roles such as these will allow me to prospure when it comes to creating Roleplay scenarios for DEA and should show that I have enough prior experience to hold a role such as Special Agent.
Also, I believe that in my time in DEA so far, I have been able to show good capablities when it comes to taking control over situations and taking command when needed. Having capablities like these are especially important for a positon such as Special Agent as situations may arise where leadership qualities are needed. Whether this be, taking control when SOP are raiding an oppostite faction and ensuring everyone present is aware of any plans or positions to take, or taking control over situations in-site to ensure DEA are behaving up to standard and making the correct descisions for the better of the regiment.
Additionally, I believe that through my tenure in CI I have properly learnt how to perform raids and infiltrations. This will assist me if I do become a Special Agent as one of their duties is to assist Nu-7 with raids against opposite factions and also perform espionage missions, having prior experience with this will allow me to assist DEA in excelling overall.

How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
So far in DEA, I haven't written any documents. This is mainly due to not needing to seeing as there are already a vast amount of templates provided by DEA leadership that I have been able to utilise.
However, throughout my time on the server I have been able to produce a lot of high quality documents. For a document to be classed as 'Good', I believe it needs to be formatted in a way where all information inside is easily accesible. Documents should have a clear outline where information can be found with ease, good documents should also inculde relevant images. Overall, documents should look nice, a document that is poorly formatted frails in comparsion to one thats formatted with care and has time and effort put into it.
Additionally, a good document should provide all information in a consise manner. A lot of documents are filled with information that is unrelevant to the actual point of the document and this can fail to get important information across. Documents need to be written in a manner that outlines all important factors inside it and highlights the revelant information within it so it can be properly processed by the person reading it.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
Special Agents have have an abundance of responsibilities they have to follow when it comes to Roleplay, these are as followed:
Main Raids and Infiltrations:
All though Main Raids aren't exactly RP, they are still a core duty for Special Agents. As a Special Agent you are given the ability to authorise Main Raids and Infiltrations against opposite factions, this comes with a lot of responsibility as Special Agents need to ensure they are authorising these at the right times and making sure SOP are fully prepared for them. Special Agents will also need to take control over situations like these and command SOP to make the correct descisions so they can achieve the best outcome.
Negotiations:
Special Agents are expected to take control over negotiations, whether this be purchasing back a hostage or making deals to sell a hostage. Handling negotiations is important as Special Agents need to ensure that they are following guidelines when it comes to selling and purchasing hostages to ensure that everyone goes through smoothly.
GOI Interactions:
One of the most important duties of a Special Agent is to create Roleplay for Groups Of Interest; This may be, leading negotiations, hosting meetings between DEA and a GOI and the general maintenance of relations. As a Special Agent, it is crutical to ensure that you are upholding standards when interaction with GOI's as making a poor decision could harm or even destroy relationships that have been built up overtime, hence why upholding them is so important.
Helping Department Command:
As a Special Agent, you are usually the first point of contact for DEA operatives or other foundation personnel who would like to inquire about DEA. This comes with a vareity of responsibilites, such as: Providing guidance to DEA operatives who need assistance, answering questions about DEA that other foundation personnel may be curious about, taking back feedback from personnel around the site and feeding this feedback to the DEA leadership team so they are able to make changes if they feel its necessary.
Inductions:
Special Agents are expected to carry out inductions for new operatives who are wanting to join DEA. During this, SPA's need to ensure that the new operatives are being informed of all the information they need to know while also being able to provide feedback to any questions or queries they may end up having. Inductions are important as SPA's need to make sure the operatives joining DEA are capable and well informed of the regiments general duties.
Roleplay creation:
As a Jr. CL4 position, its important that Special Agents are able to create a vast amount of interactive Roleplay that DEA are able to engage in. Furthermore, Special Agents need to provide Operatives and Snr. Agents with opportunities so they are able to create their own roleplay scenarios. This is usually done through creating orders or assignments that they are able to interact with and place them in positions where they can show their Roleplay capabilities. While Roleplay creation is important, Special Agents are also resposible for taking control in a numerous amout of Roleplay situations so that they can allow for other DEA operatives to engage in it.
Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:
