Yes, - LTAP (Class B), did not want to deal with IA at the time; 3x RDM; 1x FailRP; 1x Mixing; 1x ERP - Very poor 173 experiment handling and afterwards research paper. 3x RDM were very diserved, however I dont recall why. 1x Mixing and 1x Failrp were when I was very new to the server and was not familliar with most RP stuff
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?:
I currently work as a staff for a ERL2 team, and I have participated in various arma3 milsim communities as CO roles mostly
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
Only a specific Portuguese Milsim community
How many hours can you be on everyday?:
2 to 6 Depending on the day, but roughly enough a week to meet the general staff requirements
Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
I went through the very beggining of a new RP player, to A-1 at this moment, I know what it is like very clearly to be a new player, and that drives me to want to help the newer players in the server, whilst learning more from the more experienced players. Being staff has a lot of benefits that I think would help me help the server - And I also am very good of putting myself in players' shoes, and understanding their perspectives, whilst providing fair judgement in more abstract situations.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
Helping new players, assisting in teaching them to prevent usual infractions (RDM, Mixing, FailRP, and god-forbid ERP), I am very friendly towards all players, and hold no personal grudges against anyone, and above all I respect everyone equally. I will not let my judgement be clouded by personnal relationships in the server - Wheneter its a friend, or a fellow regiment colleague, or anyone.
