What will you do to stop this from happening again: I didnt do anything.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? Yes.
Why should you be unbanned: Because it is a 2 week ban for harrasment which didn't happen in the first place. Holland was following me and a couple others who also got banned for around an hour and kept bringing us into sits. He told us to stop going near Kayla (walking past her) which is kind of impossible to do on the server as you bump into everyone. Holland brought me and Ollie into the sit and didn't answer any questions and did not show any proof of us 'harassing' this Kayla who I dont even know who it is. He ignored me and Ollie in the sit, we even got James Kane in to see if he could answer any questions but was not really helpful either. Holland then just slapped a 2 week ban on us. Holland also admitted we didnt say anything bad, can see in the attached files and that we weren't near her 90% of the time he was spectating us which is also in the attached files. Also, I saw that you just unbanned Ollie and I read what you said underneath is ban appeal, I didn’t call you any slurs when you gagged or before you gagged us I’d love to see proof for that. You said there was no rp reason to ‘follow’ even if we did would it not be sorted out via an ambassador or IA, not a 2 week ban, that’s overkill if anything. We didn’t call Kayla any names, Kaylas bodyguard first saw us and threatened to kill me (in character) giving me reason to call IA and follow him so I can show them where they are. **Also where you said you gagged me I presumed you gagged all of us like you said so I just started speaking anyway but turns out you didn’t gag me, that I remember.**
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: If Kayla is actually upset i am genuinely sorry.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Because i like playing it, im level 100 so I actually play. Fun to play with others.

Before I start

stating the reasons why you are banned. I would like to say that you edited your ban appeal after I unbanned Ollie, You copy-pasted or rewritten some sentences to make it more look like a IA issue (In-character) rather than a staff issue.
Your previous appeal also stated I don't need/deserver to be a mod.​

Unfortunately, your case is different from Ollie`s one. Ollie had minor encounters but still participated in the behaviour shown/started by you.

Summary: Reports came in from 2 technicians breaking rules and annoying people for no reason, I Was on admin duty and decided to spectate around you guys. When I see you guys in D-block opening doors. A little later you guys were standing in front of Medbay were you had a conversation with timoth* Kayla standing next to him. Kayla then proceeded to walk away towards medbay and then you commented your girlfriend is walking away Exhibit A.

Then little later you guys decided to follow timoth* and kayla into the Lower Light containment zone. where she stated to leave her alone and you guys refused to leave Exhibit B. During this she pmed me that you guys were following her and timoth for almost 15 minutes straight. So I decided to step in. I brought Ollie, Cornelius and You into a sit and told you guys to leave her alone and stop this behaviour. You guys then told me you were following timoth, not her. I still said that it's annoying and that you guys need to stop.

( In your appeal you mention Internal Affairs that you called for them. I was spectating you and you never did this. I also checked logs showing nothing that indicates IA at all )

Following up around 10 min later i get DM Kayla: Help They are in my face.
I got sent the following clip Exhibit C1. This is around 10 min after I told you guys to stop it and leave her alone.
As seen in the clip you randomly say yea in her face and when spoken to you keep doing it in her face. The clip is even cut short.

A little bit later you did this and tried to follow her. only the door was in your way and you gave up. Exhibit C2

Lastly, the clip where I decided that it was enough.

Here Miga sees Kayla walking past PW's blast door while you guys are arguing with others. exactly at the moment, she passed him he followed her and you guys did as well Miga walked past here on the Core sector bridge and you guys were standing behind her For no reason. She turned around and said leave me alone then walked away you guys followed her and then You said nah we are escorting.Exhibit D​

Above is the reason i issued the ban. after 2 days of reviewing the evidence, I concluded that you did the following things.
- I already verbally told you to stop it and leave it alone You ignored this and kept annoying her and not others at all.
- Exhibit C1 and Exhibit C2 show clear signs of targeting Kayla and attempts to follow/annoy her.
- Exhibit D Shows the same thing.

Also, you stated in your appeal you dont know who Kayla is looking in the evidence this is not true and you are aware of who this person is and what role she plays. especially after Exhibit A and Exhibit B. You should know about her. Who I talked about during our first interaction/sit.

Based on the above I deemed my actions correct I followed the protocol and gathered the evidence that was necessary for this ban.
Furthermore, i would like to apologize if the way I handled This situation wasn't up to your standards.

Firstly I’d like to say yes, I did edit my thread after I saw ollie was unbanned, I’m allowed to it says I can as I wanted to add some more information to clarify my points. I did not ‘call’ for IA on comma so it was not come up on the logs I went in person to an IA agent myself to talk about timoth in RP.
Also, I have read through the rules and cannot find anywhere where it states about following a member of the foundation and being told to stop its breaking a rule, the closest I can find is they can verbally warn to shoot and kill me if I persist, or jail. Therefore, I believe 2 weeks is excessive.
However I have now learnt that doing this results in these consequences which I was very unaware of and would like to see the rule which states this.
I believe the ban has been in action for 3 days and that I understand what I did wrong. After I saw you explained why you couldn’t show the clips I revoked my statement saying ‘you shouldn’t be an admin’ as in our eyes you just gave us the ban without showing any evidence.

I was spectating you before you followed Timoth and kayla into medbay you never went to or contacted IA from my POV .​

I did not ‘call’ for IA on comma so it was not come up on the logs I went in person to an IA agent myself to talk about timoth in RP.

Hi Catch,

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After having reviewed the evidence provided in this ban appeal via @Holland I have elected to deny this appeal. My main reasoning for denial is Kayla's request for you to stop following her which evidently was ignored, that alongside the comments towards the combat medic in relation to Kayla. In LCZ near SCP-860 CC you could have either walked past Kayla and the combat medic or turned around, it appears neither of these was the option you elected to take instead having a stare off against the combat medic and Kayla.

For those reasons the ban will not be lifted and I advise when you come back you re-evaluate some thought processes.

You may re-appeal in 1 week.​
