I've loved every interaction that I've had with this guy. Does his best to help around site and engage in roleplay with everyone and I think they'd be a fantastic Site Director.

It was still an issue personally speaking, however, the merits outweighed that fact in those cases. Here I do not believe much of anything has been done in the return to justify such a thing.

- Based on my history with you, you can be a bit on and off when it comes to working with others.
- It would be a kick in the teeth to the members of SA who are trying to climb the ranks in the department to be kicked down by someone not even in SA. I know I would personally absolutely hate this.
- I didn't see you doing a whole lot after the first 3 weeks of you being SD the first time.
Would he be a good SD? Maybe, but I think it is ridiculous when someone comes out of nowhere into the top position of a department when others are attempting to get to that rank through actually climbing in the department. I had this same opinion when Julien hopped from ECC to SD out of nowhere. Best of luck regardless.

The current members of SA are solely responsible for their conduct and their ability to rise through the ranks. If they were unable to progress accordingly and someone else with a proven track record and ability to maneuver tough situations shows up and is selected, that's moreso on them and not the person who applied.
Believe it or not, Fenriz isn't at fault for wanting to apply to SD. He's getting plenty of RP as OSA and has the ability to extend himself out to any role he'd please on the server because he's a damn good roleplayer. He could absolutely go through the gauntlet of being Site Advisor once again and I am positive he'd be Manager quickly. If he has the ability to assist in leading Site Admin, then he should absolutely seize it.
