What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
-I believe that there are a variety of qualities, skills and traits which I have in my possession that could very well make me a candidate worth considering for the Overseer Assistant position, some of the aforementioned traits being my ability to create interesting and interactive roleplay, my ability to properly and professionally conduct myself infront of the eyes of the general public, my communicative & cooperative skills and my ability to keep a cool-head during stressful/intensive situations. My time in the server and the experience that I've gotten so far such as attaining the rank of Moderator and especially joining Alpha-1 has made me gain interest in this position specifically. I've done some documentation-involved work during my time in the regiment, most of it being ongoing investigations regarding certain people of interest or keeping notes and processing the information gathered from scenarios such as interrogations etc. which have sparked my interest in non-combative site administrative jobs in general, and I thought my best bet would to try my shot at OSA due to the fact that I've got some considerable knowledge regarding the O5 council and their assistants.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
-The responsibilities of an Overseer assistant vary depending on the scenario and situation as they should always adapt.
» First and foremost, overseer assistants act as the primary communication link between the O5 Council and the general population within the foundation, and thus they should be professional at all times no matter what.
» In the chain of command, it is stated that the assistant position have the second highest authority within the ranks of foundation personnel specifically when carrying out direct orders from their respective site command councils, and this authority is not something to powertrip on as with it you represent your employers. A skilled overseer assistant must be mature enough to properly carry out the orders given by the O5 council professionally and not cause issues that could potentially attract unneccesary attention towards the council.
» Overseer Assistants have the responsibility of signing documents that require authorization from site command, as their signature represents the verdict of the council itself.
» OSAs are also responsible to report in the status and situations of interest of different departments such as MTF to the O5 council in order for measurements to be taken where they are needed.
» Due to the fact that OSAs don't have the ability to fully control and order A-1 around, they may ask them to join and assist in different scenarios such as escorting, preventing a possible info leak and doing department documental checkups.
» As the assistants positions are a junior clearance level-4 position, they are expected to uphold the standard duties that are tasked to them in the case that they are the highest rank within the foundation such as authorizing AA, communicating with GOIs etc.
» Assistants also need to maintain a decent knowledge of the FLC. Even though it doesn't affect them much in certain scenarios, they are expected to know the site policies at all times.
» Creating RP. A fully capable OSA must be able to roleplay and create it and a high extent.

Alexander Windsor was born in an aristocratic family located in London, United Kingdom. During his teenage years, Alexander always felt 'different' from the people that were around him and he knew that he was born to serve a greater purpose in life. After finishing his education and earning a bachelor's degree in Political Sciences at 24, he went on and applied to attain a position within the British Military Intelligence branch, where he work for the next 9 years of his life. During the period of time that Alexander was in the BMI, he had moved throughout the ranks and had gained the position of supervisor within the team which he worked in.

During the year ████, Alexander had been assigned to a different operation which he was used to. A meteor from outer space had landed on Earth, and it had been reported to be spreading a temporal mutation to the life beings around it. After arriving on the site with his military convoy, Alexander immediately started giving orders to quarantine the area. There was a "private investigator" that had arrived onsite to see the foreign entity that had landed, but his attention was on Alexander's exceptional organizational ability. The investigator approached Alexander and asked him for his identification, which made him very suspicious and reserved of the investigator. After he provided the investigator with it, the investigator handed it back to him, smirked and gave him a tap on the shoulder. After he turned around, he said one last thing to Alexander : "My employers will be in contact with you..."
