Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:
So there are a few reasons as to why I want to apply for the role of Site Advisor. The first reason is to help out the site and departments as much as I can. As we all know, the site needs some new Site administration staff as there are none currently. I believe with my management capabilities and my server knowledge I feel like I would be able to make a difference to the site and departments. My second reason as to why I am applying is for the roleplay, although I love to roleplay my main focus if I do get Site Administration is to help out the rest of the site and departments. But myself only holding combative CL4’s positions has made it a bit difficult to roleplay as you are constantly in combat but whenever I get the chance I often try to do some roleplay with E-11, for example I own a sub reg in E11 that weaponizes SCP’s and use them as tools. The final reason as to why I am applying for SA is because I feel that I am finally ready for the role. Before I resigned from Chief I was planing on going to SA but then I decided to go to E11 and climb the ranks as I felt I was not ready yet. Obviously there are more reasons as to why I am applying, but I am only going to be naming these reasons.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
There are a few reasons as to why I believe that I am suitable for the role of Site Administration. One of the reasons is my experience on this server, in my time on this server I have held a total of 3 Sr CL4 positions with one of the being a department leader and 2 of the being high ranking MTF ranks. With this experience I have learned how to manage departments and how to take proper leadership and roleplay. Secondly is my management skills, I believe that this is one of my strong points as I know how to handle and take care of a department, in the beginning it was a bit of a struggle but after a while I got the hang of it and soon enough it became no problem for me. The next reason is creativity, being a department leader and being training and requirements manager in E11 and Nu7 as well as owing 2 different sub regiments, I have learned how to be creative and how to come up with great ideas to improve my departments and regiments. Now moving on to leadership, I have held so many CL4 combative roles that I don’t really have to explain much but I also think that this is a great skill of mine, to be able to lead departments and regiments during on going site emergencies. I also take my CL4 roles seriously, now I have been holding CL4 for almost a year now and what I can say from my CL4 experience is that I take my roles seriously and rarely goof around and such as I like to take my roles seriously. Now on to roleplay, as I have stated in the previous question, I try to roleplay whenever I get the chance to do so, but unfortunately I have not created any Major RP. But if I do manage to get the role of Site administration I would like to do some major RP as well as creating them.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- Appointing: Appointing MTF E-11 and Nu-7 Commanders as well as appointing Director of Medicine, Director of External Affairs and the Chief of Security.
- Trainings: Authorising certain areas to be closed for trainings or events.
- Document and policies: Making new policies for the site or even making sure that they are up to date.
- Roleplay: SA are expected to create some roleplay as they are an RP lead.
- Authorising AA: If necessary SA are required to authorise advanced armoury when requested during a Code 5
- Manage on going site emergencies: When SA are on site they are required to manage on going site wide emergencies
- Following orders: Following orders from Site Managers, Site Directors and Site Command.
- Oversee different departments: SA have to monitor different departments of the site as well as the department directors and also making sure that each department are performing well.
- External relations: They have to monitor external relations with DEA.
- Authorise testing: Sometimes if no executives are on then SA will need to authorise tests if needed.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines would they be involved in?:
Ryker ‘Blitz’ was born in Nashville in the United States, his date of birth is 17th April 1986. He had a good childhood and he has 2 sisters and 2 parents and they all loved each other a lot. Ryker in his childhood loved the army and he had a dream that one day he would become part of the army. On one tragic day while walking with his parents down the street, he got kidnapped by a local green looking soldiers. Ryker never saw his parents again, the kidnappers took him to a testing facility where the soldiers would do some testing on the childhood for one of their projects to make super soldiers. The moment Ryker was injected with some serum that would make him a super soldier for. The soldiers trained him to be a violent assassin for them and they would use him to take down high ranking people. Ryker didn’t want to do this anymore, on one quit night Ryker decided to sneak out of the facility and somehow he managed to do so. But Ryker did not know where he was, the place was too snowy and he didn’t know where he was until he stumbled into a town with the name pinewood the moment he walked in people started to notice him and immediately took care of him. He became a resident of pinewood and lived there for 15 years living with another family. He had a job as an accountant and he was doing good for himself, he also became a very intelligent man and owned his own business. One day he decided to walk around pinewood, after walking for a bit he walked into a cage looking vent, he decided to take the vents and went down to explore. After crawling around he jumped right into Site-65, he wakes around confused until he was found by Nu7 and they immediately cuffed him and took him to medical as he was a little bit injured. The doctors and researchers did some testing on him and found out that he was a super soldier. They decided to take the serum out of his body, before class A’ing him Ryker asked if he could join them as he always wanted to become a soldier. They saw great potential in him and decided to take him in. He was later trained to be a MTF and he turned out to be one of the best MTF’s in Site 65. He worked for Nu7 until he was CPT, he got transferred to E-11 as they had a missing CPT and were in need for a new one. He was in E-11 for about 2 months and the high ranking foundation staff were starting to look at him more now. A few more months has passed and the SA slots were empty, the site was in need of SA and the site inspectors started to recruit people into SA. The site inspectors called MTF E-11 CPT Ryker ‘Blitz’ to their office and gave him an offer that he could not refuse…
