Why are you applying for Director of Internal Security?:
Simply enough, I am applying for DoISD because I think this would be the next best step for me. The majority of my time here has been within ISD, and so I'd like to stick to that and advance further.
What makes you suitable for Director of Internal Security?:
What would make me suitable for Director is my activity, putting in several hours a day.
I also enjoy talking with all ranks of ISD, listening to their complaints and teaching them how to be better if they're willing to put in the effort. As current lead of the Office of Information and Legal Affairs, I have been part of more Tribunals than before, putting my knowledge of the FLC and Tribunal proceedings into true colors.
I believe as DoISD, I can further help members of ISD to hone their skills of Tribunals and enforcement of the FLC as well as develop new strategies when it comes to such cases.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Internal Security in RP?:
The duties of a DoISD is to make sure that all members of ISD enforce the FLC. Furthermore is it the duty of a DoISD to ensure that all members of the Foundation are FLC conform and don't break it with their actions, mainly focusing on higher clearance members such as Site Admin and sometimes even FCOM themselves.
It is also the duty of a DoISD to manage the leadership team and ensure that both the Offices are running properly, and as such, being in charge of promoting Inspectors to Commissioners.

Having previously been employed within Site-17, Victor was already an Inspector within the Internal Security Department.
During a day like any other, an undesignated anomaly was transported to the Site for temporary containment. As Inspector, Victor was on the frontline of these procedures, ensuring that the FLC and local Site policies are kept in check.
The anomaly appeared to be humanoid with no clear signs of aggression showing, but it kept staring at personnel and dripping an ink-like substance everywhere it set foot. It wasn't long until this behavior changed. Without any signs of warning, the anomaly became agitated and started attacking Site Staff, Victor included. He only managed to push it off him before MTF Units arrived to fight off the anomaly. However, Victor took heavy damage and fell unconscious.
A few days later, Victor woke up in Site-17's Medical Bay. He wasn't in pain, but he did notice that his right arm was bandaged up and that a black substance leaking from his wrist. Upon learning that Victor has woken up, both Medical and Research entered the room, informing him that due to the attack and the damage he suffered, his flesh around his hand had appeared to have melted off, leaving only skeletal structure behind. Curiously enough, he could still feel and move his hand. Further research done indicates that Victor's hand, while only being skeletal structure, remains fully intact. Research has also noted that the connective tissue between the forearm and wrist has turned into a thick, almost solid and ink-like material. The material in question, like the anomaly itself, keeps dripping a black substance wherever Victor goes. Research has confirmed that this liquid appears to have the same properties as blood would and remains completely harmless unless it enters someone's body, where it is shown to have a toxic effect on the body. Soon after this incident, Victor was deemed unfit to continue his work at Site-17 and was transferred to Site-65 instead, where he is supposed to undergo further observation.

After transferring to Site-65, Victor took the spot of a previously deceased Inspector Peterson, inheriting his badge number and his duties at the time. During his time at Site-65, Victor managed to anker himself as one of the best prosecutionist on Site, getting himself a spot within the Office of Information and Legal Affairs. Taking a leading position in said Office, Victor was promptly promoted to Commissioner. With this new responsibility at hand, Victor took it upon himself to enforce the FLC through all methods neccesary, even if some of those methods may raise up some questions from his colleauges..
