What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I consider myself very active, willing to go a step further to participate in any kind of RP. I also gained a lot of experience during my time in A-1, and with the knowledge I also gained form Consultant and CI DELCOM, I create interesting RP situations. I assist people when I'm needed and I maintain a firm and stoic personality when a situation gets serious.
I learn and adapt quickly, improvise when needed and I am good with making documents, having an eye for detail.
I think I am good choice for the position of OSA, given my RP experience , talents and personality.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:​

• Abide the O5 Council's orders​
• Authorize Advance Armory and KOS D-Class Past Airlock​
• Assisting A-1 or using A-1 to execute O5 orders​
• Reports on Departments designated to the respective OSA​
• Signing documents in place of the O5 Council members ​

Considering your positions, you can be borderline very toxic. I've seen the way you handle situations that allow you authority and the way you handle situations that don't go the way you like or against you and honestly, it's not good at all, not to mention that in certain situations where someone is trying to lead/instruct you and isn't a CO or higher ranking, you make some really immature comments. While I understand that is just banter due to everyone being friends, the nature of the comments to anyone that's just coming into the channels can be seen as incredibly negative and toxic, as well as its distracting and frustrating to the person trying to organise everyone and make the person saying those comments look immature.

Literally a week ago, you walked into the middle of Medical RP and started bugging the superadmin that was RPing saying things in /looc like "Hey, when this 'god awful' RP is over I need you" rather than simply "Hey, when you're free can you let me know" and then when I questioned you on the comment stating it was medical you just replied with "That's my point" and I ended up kicking you out.

As an Assistant/CL4 you are an RP leader. Coming in and making comments like that on other departments roleplay, especially a department designed for new players is unecessary, unprofessional and disheartening to those that want to give that style of RP a shot, coming from an ISD is bad enough but it will be even more the case coming from a CL4, especially a CL4 with the trust that Assistants get.

In terms of the borderline toxicity and immaturity that I mentioned above, I am happy to elaborate in DMs with the relevant people.
