Original Steam login name (your account's first-ever name): marioxd_yt

For how long have you played on CG SCP-RP: Over a year.

Age: 21.

In what country are you located?: Spain.

Time zone: CET/CEST.

Foundation Name (include your regiment and rank if applicable): Viktor Katona

Chaos name (include your rank):
Ludis Freimanis (N/A)

Civilian name:
Zandre van Jaarsveld | Laureano García-Delgado

Steam ID:
STEAM_0:1:87962033

Do you have a mic?: Yes

What server are you applying for?: SCP:RP UK

Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications:
- IA Director
- GM
- UNGOC

Have you received any kicks/bans/warnings? and why?:
No

Do you have any previous experience as a Gamemaster/Event Manager in a community?:
I have been a staff member in all the major Spanish RP communities since 2016, so I've hosted my fair share of events. Other than that, I was TGM in Civil Networks back in 2022 but had a seven-month hiatus.

Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
I have 2,600+ hours of Garry's Mod, and easily 95% of that time has been in semi-serious and serious RP servers.

How many hours can you be on every day?:
Of course, not all days are the same in terms of workload, but on average I can play 3 hours a day. Some days I'll be able to play a lot more, and so on others, I'll sadly have to play a bit less.

Why do you want to become a Gamemaster on our server?:
I still remember the event that encouraged me to apply for GM the first time. It was a rather small one, related to Sarkic cults, strange deaths, mysterious paintings, and happenings taking place around the facility. I embarked on the adventure with my friends and had an absolute blast. From there on, I started to come up with my own event ideas; I started doing more research on curious and peculiar GOIs, SCPs, Wiki articles... And a million possibilities popped into my mind. To this day, those ideas keep coming, and I would love to make them real on the server.

During my time as TGM before I stopped playing Gmod for personal reasons, I truly enjoyed hosting events, getting feedback from the community, and having people occasionally come up to me and tell me that the event was nice. I wish to bring this joy and interaction upon the user base back once again.

What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
First of all, I'd like to say that I have almost a full month of playtime within the UK SCP:RP server, plus the already mentioned 2,600+ hours in Gmod and all the servers I've been a part of as a staff member (including CN as a TGM). This doesn't automatically make me the most ideal perfect person for any role, but certainly, it would be nonsensical to ignore all of this experience.

Second, I can certainly promise that, if accepted, I will do my absolute best to bring enjoyable content to all the users of the server, be active, friendly, approachable, and overall apport my little grain of sand to make the GM team a bit better.

Finally, I have been a CL4 holder for over a year. I haven't been actively playing all this time, but I certainly have my fair share of hours both as a Sr. And a Jr. CL4 holder. I believe that knowing the ins and outs of the responsibilities of this personnel can certainly help develop events that include them in reasonable manners.

Notice! I have created four more events for this application. However, I still suggest having a look at the events I designed on my first application, as some of them (especially the map change one) are still in my mind and I plan to do them at some point if accepted.

Please List 3 small event ideas (Which would involve at least one side of the server):

Subject: URGENT! Dangerous anomaly present within Site 65

Good day,
I will try to be direct, as the situation requires it. There have been three cases of people disappearing through the last weeks within the walls of the site, just for them to appear completely dismembered and ████████████. MTF E-11 believe they have found the cause, and the research team has officially declared it as anomalous. Based on the evidence, the victims of this anomaly (Provisionally SCP-4809) always find a post-it on their desk with the phrase "let's play tag" written on it with black ink; the post-it seems to be non-anomalous. Through the next hours, the person will suffer anxiety attacks for no apparent reason, as their sanity slowly begins to decline and decline, until they start running as if something was chasing them non-stop. Cameras have shown that the person is not being chased by anything visible, and all attempts at following the person always end up with them disappearing when out of the sight, to then be found in the state specified at the beginning of this mail. If you find one of these post-its, quickly contact CL4 personnel and a GoPro will be assigned to you in order to avoid being taken.

Best regards, Site Director Van Zanten.

An eye. A thunder. A million questions. Where was he? Where were his guns? Where was his clearance card? As the man looked around, he saw nothing but humid concrete walls with some small cracks that let the light through. The atmosphere was so moist it was almost hard to breathe normally. Suddenly, a trapdoor on the floor opened. Of course, the man tried to defend himself from the individual who entered the room wearing black robes, with his face fully covered.

It is time. An inferior being's life, for a superior intelligence to arise

The man had no doubts, he had to do something or he wouldn't leave that room alive. He tried to go straight for the mysterious cultist, but sadly he couldn't. He was stopped in his tracks by something. A force of sorts, that pulled him back against the wall as the hostile figure approached with a book and a knife. It was too late. All a Foundation member can hope is... Not to be the next one. An eye. A thunder.

An SCP so powerful it would help any GOI get ahead of the Foundation. Hard to believe, but there it was. A couple of months ago, some NU-7 Specialists found a pink stone near pinewood. They didn't think much of it, but when one of them said "I'm so hungry I could die, I wish there was something to eat right now", in a matter of minutes a pizza delivery guy appeared. After a couple more "wishes", they discovered a couple of things, like the fact that only material wishes would be granted (no "power", no "fame"...), and that objects couldn't be bigger than a TV (no "space rockets", no "tanks"...).

The rock disappeared not long after, or so everyone thought. Turns out it just changes position at random, and now both UNGOC and CI have heard of it as well. Everyone is sending R&D teams with armed guards, and everyone is fighting over the power of the stone. Money, explosives, weapons, and even anomalous objects. Whoever manages to stay close to the stone for the longest time will certainly get the upper hand in Pinewood. Time is of the essence! It may teleport somewhere far, far away...

Signed, Nu-7 MAJ Juan O'Donnell

Please List a Map change event idea (Involving both sides and the entire server):

The following letter was found in 1946 by a French farmer, who didn't understand English so he kept it with him until 1970 when he passed away and his son found it inside a book. He reported it to the French police, and that's when the Foundation found out about it. The letter was retrieved and the family of the man was administered Class-amnestics. The letter reads as follows:

"May 1944, ██████

It has been at least three weeks since the warp in time happened. A failed experiment by the █████████ █████████ modified space-time blanket and the entire site (plus a big chunk of all the people in Pinewood) moved to a hill in France, by the German border, just a year before the end of World War Two. We are under constant attack by those damned fanatics, who are now trying to get us all killed, as they know we're a risk to their ████████ ritual, and they wish to get their hands on our 21st-century equipment to fulfill their evil purposes.

The Foundation and the UNGOC are fighting together to stop them, but the Chaos Insurgency has decided to provide them with equipment and fight alongside them. While all the combatives are fighting out there, the research team is trying to develop new technologies with very limited resources to stop the anomalies from escaping from the facility and into this timeline, where they can be used for evil by said organization. They are also trying to keep us all hidden from regular infantry troops, as we're already preoccupied with those lunatics. Worst of all, the D-Class are managing to escape and earn their freedom here, which could be catastrophic for the development of humankind, as we've already changed enough of this timeline; I'm scared we may break the fabric of reality.

If someone reads this letter, we came up victorious and defeated evil. If not, I guess we couldn't save humanity from certain destruction.

Executive researcher ████ ████████

List an example mission for each of the following:
O-1: In the mission "R&D Day", they would have to make sure that the anomaly is not misused for personal gain, all of this while of course helping defend it (through active fighting if needed) from the many enemies of the foundation who would try to take advantage of it.
A-1: In the event "The ritual", they would have the extremely important task of protecting the O-5 from the extremely imaginative and clever cultists, who would do anything that's necessary to eliminate as much important Foundation personnel as possible in order to fulfill their twisted desires.
Nu-7: In the event "R&D Day", they would be extremely busy dealing both with CI trying to become extremely powerful through the use of the anomaly and the GOC most likely trying to destroy it because of its extremely high destructive potential for mankind.
E-11: In the event "Let's play tag", they would be in charge of discovering what the anomaly is and, of course, how to contain it. However, another huge task is making sure they don't get killed by it, as it is actually quite contagious in certain manners...
CI: In the event "R&D Day", they would have to fight for the control of the rock, as doing so would allow them to obtain as many resources as they wanted in order to establish themselves as the leading faction in Pinewood, severely damaging the Foundation and UNGOC if need be.
Foundation Staff: In the event "Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps", research would have to develop technologies with extremely limited resources to win the fight against the CI-AO alliance, while the D-Class get a window to try and run away. GENSEC would, of course, be fighting the enemies and giving their lives to defend the modern secrets of Site 65, but mainly making sure no D-Class escape due to the risk of a massive change in space-time. Medical would just be all over the place: in the frontline, helping researchers, dealing with hurt GENSEC...

Volgaz (AKA Viktor) has always been a celebrated and respected GM, with their past experience in the SCP:RP Event Team that alone should be plausible for this application to be accepted. He has always shown an undying passion and expressed great and fitting events for the departments that are neglected often in events / in geneal, he has shown a true dedication to the team and has actually impressed me when I worked along side him. I wish you the best of luck with this application Viktor and hope you get accepted, good luck.

I will take the chance to reply to everyone who +supported me with a thank you, I truly appreciate that you see me as a fit candidate for the position.
I hear good things about you but don't see you on that much.
Regarding this, I believe it's most likely because I spend most of my time now as UNGOC. I would strongly suggest you talk to some of the people who share similar playtimes as me ('Acey', Arshia, Moshi...) to confirm that the inactivity concerns are, indeed and thankfully, incorrect. Furthermore, I'll gladly share my Vtime with you anytime you want through a Discord call. Nevertheless, I truly am glad that most of the things you hear from me are nice. Have a great one!

Vik is a long standing, respectable and amazing member of the community. I've known Vik since like July/August and I can say that he is amazing with roleplay, his ideas are good and unique and would be a perfect fit for GM. His dedication and passion for this server is amazing and I truly hope he gets accepted.
