For how long have you played on CN SCP: Over a year.
Character name(s): Foundation: Viktor Katona. CI: Ludis Freimanis.
Civilian name: Zandre van Jaarsveld | Laureano García-Delgado.
What server are you applying for: UK.
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: MTF A-1 SPC, CI-Gamma, Director of Internal Affairs, and Internal Affairs Ambassador.
What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition: Probably, my most notable (and relatively unique) feature in comparison to most applicants is my OOC experience. In real life, I am currently in my last University year, and what I've studied is certainly something that will allow me to provide some quality (passive) roleplay; I am about to be a graduate in International Relations with a specialization in Diplomacy. Through the last few years, I've had to study all the ins and outs of every United Nations organism. This of course doesn't mean I am automatically the best UNGOC roleplayer, but certainly a rather unfrequent addition to the roster which I hope will help develop the faction even more. On a more general note, I am professional, I follow the rules (I have zero warns, bans, or kicks in almost a full month of server time and over a year as an SCP:RP player in CN), I am friendly, experienced, a capable combatant and always willing to learn.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?: It has always been my favorite GOI, and I feel like it would be a refreshing addition to the already entertaining Foundation RP that I currently main. In general, I just really believe it is an overall enjoyable faction (based on what I've been able to see on surface roleplay situations), and I wish to expand my character development opportunities beyond my current ones, as well as learn more about the GOI and getting to RP with fresh new people and characters.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?: The UNGOC (United Nations Global Occult Coalition) was formed as a secret organism within the United Nations to protect humankind from anomalies due to a large number of groups with an interest in using them for their own gain (and even for evil) and the incapability of them being stopped by regular government action.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do: The PHYSICS Division is the GOC's combative division, dealing mostly with anomalies that require armed intervention. Clear examples are Assessment and Strike teams. The PSYCHE division is the one in charge of diplomacy and relations with other GOIs and the Foundation. One of the clearest examples would be Ambassadors. Finally, the PTOLEMY division is in charge of supporting the GOC as a whole, providing help to all the other members, including the two previously explained divisions.
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?: Officially they are "Survival, Concealment, Protection, Destruction, and Education". They are pretty self-explanatory on an individual level (destruct all SCPs that pose a threat to man kind, educate on the anomalies and their dangers in order to guarantee our survival...), but the overall goal is just to protect humanity from anomalous threats, contain and neutralize dangerous anomalies, and prevent the spread of dangerous knowledge or technologies. The UNGOC also wishes to keep the anomalies a secret to avoid panic among the general population.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War: It was a war in the shadows within the context of World War Two. Just like the United Nations hadn't been created yet, neither had the UNGOC. However, their predecessors (of course, the Allied Occult Initiative) fought the Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps, who were just the Nazi equivalent of the same thing. The Germans wished to bring a reality-bending creature to life to use for their war and racial efforts and, of course, the AOI's goal was to stop them, as it could've easily meant a turn in the tide of the war in favor of the Third Reich.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?: The Global Occult Coalition is more concerned with the practical application of their knowledge and resources to protect humanity instead of researching to fulfill their own personal agenda. Additionally, thanks to their position as an organism of the United Nations, they get access to a wide variety of resources, something that most other small GOIs don't get. Besides, it is based on a real-life organism (the UN), which helps develop roleplay and lore, as there are existing patterns, events, and documentation.

Serial Number: 49364548/2301
Real Name: Leonardo Valverde.
Nationality: Spanish.
Gender: Male.
Date of Birth: 01/01/1993.
Biographical Information: After graduating in the Universidad Complutense de Madrid as a lawyer, Leonardo's tendencies towards the occult and the esoteric caught the Sociedad Antares' eye. It wasn't long before he was recruited and trained by them. Leonardo wasn't neccesarily a genious, but he was hard working and smart enough to climb up through the ranks of the GOI, reaching the highest position besides the Grand Master in less than a decade, something rather uncommon.
Unfortunately, after his implication in Incident SA-L65235, he was honorably discharged. Nevertheless, someone with such expertise in dealing with anomalies didn't go unnoticed. He was offered a position within the ranks of the Foundation as an Intelligence Agent specializing in counterintelligence, but he refused, as he still strongly believed in the cause of the Sociedad Antares, which strongly opposed that of the SCP Foundation. However, another group that caught interest in the young man was the UNGOC, who also made an attempt at recruiting him. From here on, only time can tell what fate has in store for Valverde.
