Why are you applying for Director of External Affairs?
- I decided to apply for DoDEA for a multitude of reasons. These reasons can be summed up into two parts, the first reason being that I wish to see DEA be able to be a department that is able to function efficiently with RP, Combat, Coordination, and overall increase DEA activity on the server utilizing these 3 aspects. The second reason I've chosen to apply for DoDEA is because I felt that I had ideas for RP and overall changes within the department that could boost DEA reputation and overall, the fun players have with DEA. An of what I would plan to do if this application was to be accepted would be to encourage DEA Cl3s and Junior CL4s to run and lead RP scenarios with the other factions and in-site.
What makes you suitable for Director of External Affairs?:
I believe I am suitable for DoDEA for the following,
Leadership
While there may be others who are better at leading than me, I believe my ideas and opinions could help benefit DEA greatly. I've thought in great detail about the steps needed to be taken in order to achieve my goals and ideas and possible downsides of which. I am also willing to take opinions & advice if I believe it will improve my ideas. I also have experience with giving my thoughts on matters such as promotions and even punishments if need be. While I don't have as much experience as others I believe I've learned as much I could as Manager and believe my ability to lead is something that puts me at an advantage.
Roleplay
While I admit I haven't done huge RP scenarios during my time as DEA I have done a fair bit of RP and in my other roles as O1 and OSA I've done RP that I myself am proud of and believe that I can do even greater RP as DoDEA. As others have seen throughout my time on the server, I am able to RP and have done RP that has been able to keep people engaged. I believe that my ability to RP will make me suitable for the role of Director.
Activity
I am not the most active DEA there is however, during my time in DEA I have managed to be online consistently and able to respond to DMs over discord and TeamSpeak in a timeframe that is quick and not leaving someone waiting on an answer for several hours on in for a response. I also constantly try to make sure that I will respond to all questions and requests that I am given alongside planning to be even more active in the future to ensure that DEA will run smoothly. Of course, at times I am not online and busy with school, family issues, or other real-life problems that occur however, I always try to make an effort to be available.

The responsibilities of the DoDEA are to,
-Encourage RP with everyone regardless of ranks.
-Respond to questions and concerns that DEA may have.
-Manage CL4 & CL3 DEA personnel.
-Ensure all tasks and duties are fulfilled by DEA given from Site Command or Site Administration.
-The Director is entrusted with the final say on all operations and how it deals with other Groups of Interests.
-Give final decision on Promotions or Demotions and Punishments that may be given out within the Department.
-Oversee negotiations between Groups Of Interests
-Train new Managers and Special Agents on their new duties and responsibilities
