O5-6 “The Mad General”
I chose -6 because I want to continue the legacy of -6 and to make the last O5-6 proud. Also this position has been vacant for a long time prior to Dagger’s acceptance so I want to bring it back to life. I chose the codename “The Mad General” due to its mysterious origin on the O5 Command Dossier, therefore it’s open to interpretation.
What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
I believe that what makes me a good candidate for O5 Council is my loyalty and dedication. I always do everything I can to get things done. During my time in Alpha-1 and position as Overseer assistant, I witnessed how the council operates first-hand. I completely understand that becoming an overseer means that you will no longer be allowed to participate in active combat as your job for the most part is focused on actual roleplay, which is something I don’t mind at all. During my relatively short time as overseer assistant, I have completed all of my assignments given to me by the council and during that time, I realized what the council actually does and decided to eventually expand on that new roleplay opportunity of an overseer.
As an assistant, I have made several documents regarding different departments that I wish to follow up on if I become an overseer. There is one department in particular that I wish to focus on, if given the opportunity, however I will save this for the potential interview. There have been countless opportunities where site command was needed, however none was present at the time which is quite sad to see. The biggest problem the council has been facing is in-game activity, ever since I joined the server there hasn’t been an active and stable council for a long time, it usually fell apart after a week or two. Which is why I believe that I would be a good addition to the council thanks to my activity in-game, which I always try to keep as high as possible. I may not be the most experienced applicant, however I think that I have gotten to know the other overseers relatively well during my time on site, which makes me somewhat more confident to apply for this position without prior site director experience.
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
The job of the O5 Council on-site is to oversee their departments and everything that happens on site with the help of MTF Alpha-1 and overseer assistants. They primarily focus on communicating with the department leaders and discuss any potential changes or issues that the department currently faces and see if the council can help with that issue to ensure that the departments are running smoothly and have competent leadership. They have the authority to remove a department leader from their position, if they deem them unfit for the role, such as incompetence or inactivity.
The overseer council enforces the Code of conduct with the help from Alpha-1 to ensure that everyone on site is doing their job properly and that there isn’t someone trying to sabotage the Foundation’s operations. Council members approve major changes for their departments and assist the directors with its implementation if requested.
Another important thing they handle alongside the Ethics committee is Foundation’s relationships, agreements and rules of engagements with opposing factions, such as the Chaos Insurgency and the UNGOC which recently arrived at Pinewood.
Last but not least, they are the people responsible for calling Code Black if a breach has gone too far and MTF Units aren’t able to properly recontain the SCP(s) without major collateral damage, such as SCP-008 breaches. If the breach has gone too far and the Foundation completely loses control over the site and after Emergency response teams have failed, they are also responsible for detonating the Alpha warhead, with the approval of other Level 5 personnel on site. (I believe there is a vote amongst all SC members online whether the nuke should be activated, but that’s just something I heard, dunno if it’s an actual rule)

Advisor Joe struggles to use the computer with him being restrained, however he managed to pull up live camera footage from the Site Director’s office.

Advisor Joe: Huh? What’s Chaos Insurgency doing here? I- actually nevermind, I don’t care at this point.

As the Alpha-1 operative reaches for his radio, multiple Chaos Insurgency and MTF agents kick the office doors and kill 5 Alpha-1 Operatives and injure the last one.

Advisor Joe: *clears his throat* the cuffs.. Please.

Assistant Kane gets knocked out by one of the CI agents.
Assistant Kane wakes up an hour later in a dark room.
Site Director: I’m sorry for the.. Unpleasant introduction, assistant. You see, I never intended for you to be here. I was waiting for the real overseer to arrive, but I guess you will do, for now.

As they arrive at Floor 3 they encounter a group of CI guarding Floor 3, however the Alpha-1 operative manages to eliminate them all.

Wonka Kane uses his keycard on the first level 5 door he sees.
Wonka Kane: Oh that’s just some office, nevermind.
He finally finds the correct door and opens it.

Assistant Wonka Kane pulls out his keycard and puts it on the scanner.

As Wonka and Alpha-1 operative make a run for it, they make it to the helipad without any big complications, surprised to see the pilot still there.
Pilot: What’s the rush about huh? Haha.
Wonka Kane: Shut up and fly! GO!
Pilot: Calm down, I’m going..
They manage to escape the facility before the warhead goes off.
As they fly away, they see the facility blow up behind them.
Pilot: Woah, what was that?
Wonka Kane: Eyes front.
They finally make it to Site-01 and get greeted by 8 Alpha-1 operatives.
Alpha-1 COM: Assistant Kane, I’m surprised to see you alive.
Wonka Kane: Yeah… I’m surprised to see myself alive too.
Alpha-1 COM: The boss wants to have a chat with you, follow me.
Wonka Kane is escorted to the Overseer council office.
As he enters the room, he sees the room filled with overseers sitting around a table with dimmed lights.

O5-6: Right, so you didn't bother to report back as soon as you noticed that?
Wonka Kane: No, not really. I didn't think it was such a big deal, maybe the janitors just had a day off.
O5-6: What a stupid assumption, continue.
Wonka Kane: Anyway, we were then confronted by the site advisor who then I spoke to, at first he seemed friendly but then he betrayed me and got his goons and CI to knock me out, I still have a headache from that impact.
O5-6: Did the Advisor tell you anything useful?
Wonka Kane: Not really, he just told me that the director should have been under some mind-controlling anomaly, I'm not really sure which one's that.
O5-6: Well, that's not relevant anymore since you destroyed it. Speaking of which, now that you are aware of our last-resort plans for our facilities, how do you feel about that?
Wonka Kane: Honestly, I kinda new that something like that was already in place, I just didn't like thinking about it. However, it does make me feel a little bit more... safe, knowing that there's a plan in place that can stop SCPs from escaping our facilities.
O5-6: That's an interesting way to look at it. Anyway, we have reviewed your foundation records and all the things that you have accomplished, even those things you haven't accomplished, also the things that you are yet to accomplish.
