I believe I can bring a unique experience unlike most others, providing a new outlook of roleplay that others haven't before. With new idea's both creative and passionate, I feel I can bring some roleplay that dives deeper than the average player that will result in more interactivity all around for GOC. Examples of this is that I am able to Create OOC and IC documents for GOC when needed, I can help with administrative work where needs be and create scenarios where we are required to be interactive with individuals outside of the organisation itself.
I will also use my prior experiences, specifically on surface as well, to greatly benefit the Global Occult Coalition by applying that knowledge to scenarios that require it. I pertain an extensive knowledge of SCP's and have a capability to be quite social when needed. As an Omega-1 CSG, I believe that I have good leadership capability and I am able to be mature as well. In addition, I am also very active on the server, consistently playing it most days.
I personally would like to join the Global Occult Coalition to fulfil a desire to experience a form of roleplay I haven't before on the server. Foundation roleplay after a certain amount of time is very plain and mostly the same, whereas the Global Occult Coalition could be something new for me. The idea of having a fresh role with a completely different background is appealing to me and I wish to pursue it.
Unlike most other roles as well, the Global Occult Coalition is not your standard Group of Interest. With such a unique identity, it interests me unlike any other role, to which I see a lot of potential in participating in.
After an unsuccessful ritual attempt during the Seventh Occult War, the GOC was established as a safeguard to stop future occult action and activity by rogue organizations and to guarantee the termination of paranormal threats.
PHYSICS
The PHYSICS division in the Global Occult Coalition is the strongarm force of the Coalition, They are split between the Assessment Teams and the Strike Team. While the Assessment Team is responsible for the Observation and Investigation of Paranormal Threats while the Strike Team is responsible for Apprehending and Destroying the Paranormal Threats.
PSYCHE
The PSYCHE division is responsible for the Global Occult Coalition's relations with other Group's of Interest. Their continued purpose is to unequivocally maintain peace between humanity as well as the paranormal community.
PTOLEMY
The PTOLEMY division within the Global Occult Coalition are seen as the support wing of the organization. They are solely responsible for researching new technology for the Coalition to utilize as well as providing a logistical edge in favour of the organization.
The Global Occult Coalition follows a mission plan, which explains their goals, known as the "Fivefold Mission", it is as follows:
First Mission: Survival
The Global Occult Coalition shall hold the survival of the human race against all threats paranormal as their highest mission, supplanting all others.
Second Mission: Concealment
As knowledge of the anomalous would cause mass hysteria and casualties in the public.
Third Mission: Protection
Although considered expendable if necessary in pursuit of the First Mission, individual human beings, which includes operatives of the Global Occult Collision, shall be protected whenever possible.
Fourth Mission: Destruction
As the existence of paranormal threats is in itself anathema to the survival of the human race, no unnecessary risks are to be taken to ensure the survival of paranormal threats.
Fifth Mission: Education
The Global Occult Coalition shall make every effort to expand the base of knowledge regarding paranormal threats.
The Nazis attempted to carry out the Rite of Solomon while the Allied Occult Initiative and the Obskurakorps were engaged in combat. The Nazis utilized SCP-3457 to exert pressure on their opponent. Following this conflict, the AOI and the Foundation teamed up to take on their mutual enemies. The Global Occult Coalition was established as a result.
The Global Occult Coalition in my view is vastly different to other Groups of Interest in its formatting, it's size as well as its intentions. The GOC is comprised of 108 different groups of interest whom sit on a council together, where-as most other Groups of Interest are normally one organisation working in their own interests. The Global Occult Coalition also is the only government based Group of Interest, while other organisation such as the SCP Foundation may interact with governments, none are as directly involved with them as the Global Occult Coalition.

On a rainy day in 10/12/1992, in Belgravia, Chelsea, Catherine Lowells gave birth to a little baby boy, Cyprian Astor, it wasn't long until his father, Bartholomew Astor, a shady businessmen working daily on mining operations, but, behind the curtain, running a highly sophisticated mineral black market - Blood Diamonds, Brown Diamonds, Hot Diamonds, and other gems alike. Bartholomew had high aspirations for his little boy, teaching him in business practices from a young age.
After finishing high school, with an already extensive knowledge in economics, Cyprian chose to go on his father's footsteps, and go into business school. This is where he would meet John Karlo, A mysterious foreign student, from Italy. It was John who first showed Cyprian some "anomalous" items, as his family, was in this business. He first showed Cyprian a ring that, when put on, would make the user see hallucinations, that akin to usage of psycho-active drugs. Cyprian kept a close relationship all the way through college with John, until both graduated, John offered Cyprian a place by his side, and Cyprian, who saw the potential in the paranormal, accepted.
Cyprian and John were both employed by Marshall, Carter & Dark Limited - both working on the UK branch. Cyprian was insanely efficient at his job, always making the best deals, and, most importantly, his bosses happy. John faded a little bit into obscurity, while Cyprian rose to greatness, quickly becoming a MC&D Executive Sales Associate, managing to buy, sell, and trade from some of the biggest dogs in the game - Andersons Robotics, the GOC, and even the Foundation. Cyprian liked the money, and money was coming fast, however, all this working quickly strained all relationships he had, family, friends, lover, he became buried in work, losing all but his work and life.
Throughout this journey, he sort of became no one, and, until a certain point, had never thought about the ethics of his father's work - exploiting war and poverty for profit. He never thought about what happened to the items he sold and traded, only the money.
One day Cyprian decided to take the day off, and, to finally kill the thought in his head for once, he did some money trailing about a few objects he had sold recently.
An underground paranormal art gallery, private collector, and an exquisite picture whose legend say if you look at it, you die? He was puzzled by this last item, so he decided to do some extra digging. He asked around some acquaintances in the Foundation, apparently this was a picture of SCP-096's face. It turns out, this picture was utilized by a terrorist GOI against the Foundation, leading to a massive containment breach that nearly killed an entire Site, and a nearby City.
This made him rethink his choices - maybe dealing with the paranormal was not such a good idea, good for money, yes, however, not great morally or ethically. Cyprian spent the remainder of his contract with MC&D working on himself, building himself for the ground up, whilst making some new friends. Cyprian started contacted some GOC representatives about putting his business skills to work, and as soon as his contract ended, he secured himself a valuable position.
Now that Cyprian was fully away from the lifestyle he once cherished but now hated, he found himself a job as a Resources Manager, with a side hustle for assisting the GOC in acquiring anomalous items, he was tasked with assisting the Pinewood FOB with any management they may require, with his added expertise from his MC&D days. He will also assist in dealing with any MC&D found in the area when needs be.
