Why are you applying for Site Director?
I would like to apply for the Position of Site Director as I have a lot of experience with running and monitoring departments, when I was a Site Advisor for a few days due to a trial to see if I was fit for O5, I introduced the idea of departmental review to the then Site Director Igorski (RIP), with that in mind I would like to further my career within the foundation by seeing what I can add to the Site Administration team and how to improve this for the better.
What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
I believe I am a suitable candidate for Site Director as my previous experiences in running the site as a O5 Council Member whereby I kept a close eye on day to day runnings and ensuring proactive liaison with departments under my control whilst also making an effort to be approachable for departments not under my control.
Furthermore when I was a Site Advisor, I believe I turned the department around and gave it a glimmer of hope for its future by implementing the seeded idea for Department Reviews, Creating “AA Authorisation incident reports” to monitor and track how things got out of hand and where failings where that could be improved, furthermore I have condensed and placed the Code of Conduct into a tangible IC document which can be distributed with ease, which the Site Administration currently holds a copy.
My skill set is vast along with my dedication to the site, I ensure that I am held accountable for my actions and keep on pushing forward with my duties to be the best I can be.
I would furthermore like to state that when I was in O5, I worked extremely well with my counterpart whom was O5-6 back then and is now known as “Broda Kagen”, myself and Broda have a rich history of dedicated working and teamwork, where we share similarities in vision.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
The responsibilities of Site Administration are to ensure the smooth running of the current site-65, with this in mind, working as a manager for all departments, ensuring accurate and appropriate liaison and providing targeted assistance to departments who need the support.
This will include duties such as;
- General Phone duties (Receiving calls from departments)
- Chairing meetings with departments
- Receiving departmental complaints and actioning them appropriately
- Ensuring the site is adhering to the Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics
- Liaison with the O5 Council and Ethics Committee
- Reviewing departments as is set out by reviewing standards, ensuring quality control and making sure Directors are still interested in running their roles.

As Site Director I would be involved in quite a wide variety of storylines as the Site Director has a reason to interact with all, making him a big part of others storylines alongside my own, as such I don't think I could list the amount of stuff i would be involved, however Hopefully my Lore will contend as as Site Director I would mainly be involved with the day to day running of the site alongside my esteemed colleague Broda Kagen.
