What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition: There's not much to say that any other person would say. I know how to Roleplay, an important aspect for the Global Occult Coalition due to their diplomatic approach rather than hostile approach. I do my research, I know how to quickly adapt to situations and learn from mistakes. I learn quite fast too, although this does mean I am a bit of a jack of all trades, and so Mastery is difficult. Weaknesses are something I learn from and improve upon, and I understand them. I work well in team scenarios and I would say that I have a bit of a silver tongue, hence why I gave myself the code name "Silver", although this is opinionated. Although I will admit that I don't have evidence to my experience, due to my roles being considered roles that don't "roleplay", I do have experience externally that helps with it.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?: I wish to join the Global Occult Coalition because it is a new experience. It is something unique, roleplay based but isn't forced to be around the SCP Foundation, but rather a much more unique and interesting Faction in the SCP Universe, in my opinion. Due to them using the UN as a way of hiding their activities, they can be much more open compared to other Factions, which allows for a much more unique experience in which I don't have to press my Amnestics bind every 5 seconds because a Civilian ever-so-slightly looked in my direction and took a picture of me. The Chaos Insurgency, no offence to them, got rather boring due to it being the same thing over and over with little to no change apart from a different outcome. Constantly combating other players was boring, and once the GOC was rumoured to be added, I learnt more about them in preparation.
The Neutrality towards CI, MC&D and Foundation members is something I like too, although I do prefer the roleplay that can be done with Civilians, due to the GOC being hidden behind the UN. This means I would be able to work with members of Pinewood such as Rangers in a way that actually makes sense.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?: The Global Occult Coalition was founded because of the 7th Occult War, which was an Occult War that took place at the same time, possibly even predating, World War 2, and the issues that it caused. The GOC was formed to protect humanity from more Occult wars or rogue organisations, but also to protect them from parathreats and anomalous entities that could harm the Human Race. 108 Occult groups banded together to form the GOC, which beforehand was called the "Allied Occult Coalition" and consisted of less members. Some notable members of the GOC include the Church of Satan, Scientist, the Bavarian Illuminati and The Universalist Order of the Æsir.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
PHYSICS
The PHYSICS Division of the GOC specialises in two different things. They specialise in the tracking, observation and liquidation of Threat Entities and other parathreats. They are commonly considered the "military" division of the GOC, similar to how the CI has a distinct Military and R&D division, although they are more-so both the military but also the intelligence of the GOC. PHYSICS is made up of two elements, Assessment Teams and Strike Teams. Assessment teams recon potential Threat Entities, and using Mission 5 they analyse and learn about the Threat Entity. They then pass this knowledge onto a Strike Team. The Strike Team is the one who uses this information to liquidise the Threat Entity. Think of it that the Assessment Team is the reconnaissance while the Strike Team is the ones who deal with the threat itself.
PSYCHE
PSYCHE is the diplomatic division of the GOC. They have similarities to PHYSICS despite being diplomatic, as they have 2 distinct roles in the GOC. PSYCHE contains Ambassadors, people who keep relations between Occult organisations and organisations such as the Foundation or MC&D with the GOC peaceful. They also have Special Observers who are GOC operatives tasked with observing scientific, archaeological or other investigations of any possible emerging parathreats. They essentially are pre-intelligence, as they observe if a parathreat may arise, which then would require an Assessment Team and then possibly Strike Team. They specialise in diplomacy, but also ensuring that parathreats are dealt with properly.
PTOLEMY
The PTOLEMY Division is the Research and Development division, tasked with Researching and Developing new ways of dealing with parathreats and threat entities. Due to this, they also include Quartermasters, who distribute the developments to the PHYSICS division. Quartermasters deal with logistics and support, and although the typical Quartermaster is a person who supplies weaponry, ammo, etc, to ground forces, QMs also have to deal with catering and general supply management of GOC facilities. The Research side of the PTOLEMY division correlates to Mission 5 of the GOC, which is Knowledge. They use observations given to them by Assessment teams, and also possibly even captured harmless Threat Entities to develop ways of liquidising future Threat Entities more efficiently. For example, they may use a Type Red to determine ways of quickly taking it out, depending on its regenerative features.

The Global Occult Coalition has 5 Missions, which are their goals as an organisation:

This mission ensures the survival of the Human Race no matter what. They protect against paranormal, parascientific and paratemporal threats and ensure that humanity carries on living. In the Event that Mission 2 and above are all compromised, Mission 1 will have priority and 90% of Humanities population will be considered collateral damage to ensure Mission 1's success. An example of this is the Pizzicato procedure. This Mission takes priority above all else, hence Mission "1"
Mission 2 - Concealment
This mission is to prevent knowledge of parathreat entities reaching the public, as knowledge of them could cause mass worldwide panic and could result in large casualties in the human populace.
Mission 3 - Protection
This mission is the protection of Human lives, not globally, but as a singular person. It ensures that single human lives, including GOC operatives, are valued and protected if possible.
Mission 4 - Destruction
This mission is the destruction of any parathreats that are discovered by the GOC, especially if they pose a significant threat to Humanity. Anomalous entities that aren't considered dangerous are also to be destroyed, as to not risk Mission 2's failure due to knowledge of parathreats.
Mission 5 - Education
This mission is rather simple, and is the attempt to increase the base knowledge on parathreats to better prepare humanity and Coalition for future parathreats that may be significantly more dangerous. This is commonly done via Assessment Teams, R&D and Special Observers.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War: The Seventh Occult War was essentially a war inside of a war. It was fought in the background of World War 2, and was similar to World War 2 in reality. The Allied Occult Coalition (AOC), similar to the Allies of WW2, and the Ahnenerbe Obskurakorps, which was a Nazi occult group that wished to better the Aryan race via occult means. They attempted to finish the Rite of Solomon, also known as SCP-3457 to the SCP Foundation, which would allow them to summon a being capable of bending reality to grant the Aryan race occult powers. The Obskurakorps were defeated by the AOC and other outside help, and soon formed the GOC in the coming years to protect humanity from another rogue occult like the Obskurakorps. Some Obskurakorps members defected and joined the GOC, such as Strike Team 0001 of the PHYSICS Division.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?: The GOC genuinely attempt to protect Humanity. Although their actions do cause problems, sometimes more serious than they began, they do view humans as humans and don't disregard the lives of people unless they are in pursuit of Mission 1 or the Pizzicato procedure. In my opinion, they are unique and cool, as they have a lot of technological advanced weaponry, which somewhat remind me of the Tau from Warhammer 40k, who have a lot of very visually appealing high tech robots and weapons. The Global Occult Coalition also is, in my opinion, one of the most ethical Factions in the SCP Universe, even if they have caused untold casualties on civilian populations due to their actions, as many other factions and organisations in the SCP Universe have done the same.

Stephen, best known as Ste, was born in a mid-income household in the United States of America, Washington, Seattle. He spent his earlier years learning about the world around him, as any other child would. He was oblivious of the true state of the world, the anomalous being roaming the land, being fought off by the many groups formed to stop them. At the Age of 7, Stephen was outside, playing with a ball on his own, until he saw something he had never seen before. He witnessed something anomalous, a person dressed in ragged garbs, slumping his way down the street. The man ignored the boy, and despite just seeming like a drunk, Stephen could notice something off about him, as if he was something else...Unknown to the boy, the man was a Type Red, one with Limited Regeneration, trying to escape a GOC Operative who had a scuffle with him. Not long after the man passed by, his mother called for him to come inside as it was late. The strange feeling never left Stephen, and he had never seen that man again.
Further Education + Military Enlistment:
Stephen graduated from the Seattle University on 12/06/████ with a Dual Masters Degree in Law and Finance, early 20's. Due to debts brought up by his Father and the inability to pay them, he found himself forced to Enlist into the Reserves of the American Army. Due to his Master's Degree, he was able to find a suitable job for him that was a reserve, a Financial Management Technician. Stephen had to undergo 10 weeks of basic training and 9 weeks of Advanced Individual Training and eventually was able to join the Army's Finance and Comptroller Corp reserve. He moved from his parents house in Seattle to further up North.
4 Years of Service got him to the rank of Corporal, E-4 pay grade. He didn't have any proper combat experience, although had basic training. An attempt to transfer was Denied due to his lack of will and morale to fire a gun, despite his insistence that he wanted to learn. The Army considered him highly in their Finance branch.
Revelation of the "Anomalous":
His Parents were Mr. and Mrs. Austin, both ex-Employees working at an American branch of MC&D, a group known to Purchase and Sell para-threat entities and object in auctions. They had left their work behind to live a new life, having 2 Children, Stephen and his Sister, Emily, though did not dodge their employers forever. They found a job at ██████ and worked there together for several years. Their Employers threatened them with debts and serious consequences if they were not paid. A 22 Year old Stephen found himself having to enlist in the Finance branch of the US Army Reserve.
Stephen found out about MC&D from his parents, though apparently did not initially believe them due to simply not believing in such madness. Due to his curiosity, however, he managed to locate a possible MC&D Club in the state of Washington that was not far away from Seattle, though arrived at the wrong time. He managed to enter the Club. saying that he was there on behalf of his parents, and told us that this event caused him to learn about Anomalies. Strike Team ████ began Operation ████ ████ at this time, though Information about it is unable to be provided at this time.

"He was like a lost puppy! He managed to track down a Marshall, Carter and Dark Nightclub all on his own, impressive, but he really came at the wrong time. Me and my Operatives were ready for a Snatch and Grab for any Threat Entities inside. The Assessment Team told us that it was only Objects, so we didn't bring any real heavy firepower. Operation was a success, but one of the Operatives mentioned they noticed a Civilian had ran outside the club and had seen it all. We didn't want our cover to be blown, what if he was a Salesman? After dealing with the civilians inside, we found him and managed to take him in for some quick questioning, posing as Police..." - Strike Team Leader "██████"
Knowledge of the Global Occult Coalition:
Stephen Dax Austin was captured by Strike Team ████ on the 28/12/████ due to possible involvement with Marshall, Carter and Dark. Due to not being a threat, he was simply apprehended similarly to how the Washington state Police would. He was asked questions that would commonly be asked, though the Individual interrogating him did manage to drop in a few questions about his involvement with the Club. He denied any involvement. Due to lack of evidence, and the likelihood of his knowledge of Threat Entities being minimal, he was released under the assumption that he was simply reprimanded due to being at the wrong place at the wrong time.
Stephen's knowledge of the Anomalous made him curious of who those people raiding the Club were. Due to his Parents, he was able to contact a Salesman of MC&D for a deal that they would make. Stephen paid the Salesman for information on that raid, and he was told about the "Global Occult Coalition". This peaked his interest as he was bored of the Army. The Salesman told him a way of being able to possibly enlist into the GOC, via the United Nations.
Operative "Silver" has yet to give a reason as to why he is so keen to join, but his experience in the Army and Master's Degree may prove useful for the PTOLEMY Division, if they want him.
