Why are you applying for Special Agent?: To put it simply, I just really enjoy DEA and the people within it. It's not a role that requires a lot of time to have fun in, and although I'm sure becoming a CL4 would increase the amount of responsibility and workload that I would have in the Department, it is still something I'm willing to do as I want to progress in the Department. I also want to be able to hopefully change some things within DEA, mostly that we don't do that much RP and it would be nice to be able to do some more RP, even if it's only with MC&D/GOC (as GOIs at least).
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?: I've been able to quickly understand the Department, and are pretty known within it. I also am able to do document writing (although I need to remember how to use the damn clipboards), and can help deal with handling things on the field/on site for the Sr. CL4 DEA so that they can do more important matters, as a Special Agent should do. Although this doesn't necessarily make me suitable for Special Agent, I do want to go for Manager in the future, and so I can at least say that I am committed to DEA.

How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?: At the moment, I have written only 3 DEA documents, and they were quite small. However, a document being good is related to how it is formatted, the content of it, and if it would be realistic to the SCP Foundation, or similar. Of course, there are good templates you can use and anyone can make a good document if they use these templates and some average English grammar.

What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
They generally take priority in Negotiations, as they have seniority over ordinary Agents/Sr Agents, and the presence of a Sr DEA CL4 would be unnecessary (depending on circumstances).
They also deal with managing Agents and Operatives on the field, as well as being the ones who observe them and can even grant Sr Agent to individuals if need be.
One of their most important responsibilities, though, is managing GOI relations with the help of the other DEA CL4 members. As of writing this, GOC is the GOI that has the best relations with the Foundation and so Special Agents would be some of the main DEA Agents that would deal with communicating with GOC.
Special Agents also do inductions and trainings within the DEA, and are a role model for the lower ranking Agents.

Zack 'Validus' Andreev is a Senior Agent within the Department of External Affairs at Site 65. He has quite the past, and has been on and off Foundation records for a while. As of late he has been involved with, and seems interested in, relations with the Global Occult Coalition and their relationship with the Foundation. This appears to be related to his interest in GOIs in general, such as his interactions with the remnants of the GRU-P and his father, and brief interactions with the MC&D. This interest is perfect for his role within Site 65's DEA.
Zack has been working well under Department Director 'Headbutt' and Department Director 'Inquisitor', with clear intentions of working further up the Department. He has been working hard to make sure that he meets the specific Departmental requirements for reassignment and promotion. Due to working with the Foundation for some years, he has had some Medical issues and so his combative capabilities are not as good as they once were, likely explaining his interest in GOI relations and a pivot towards being more of an Ambassador for these relationships.
Regarding his past experience, it seems that he remembers a majority of it, but after Incident-I3845-███████, his physical and mental health have seen a decline, although there has been a recent steady climb. It is advised to not remind Zack of this Incident due to trauma inflicted.
