unable to connect to MRP server

so after the last two days I've been unable to connect to the server (MRP), I have tried verifying the integrity of the game files and even re-installing my game, here's a screenshot of where I get to on loading the server

Are you running Chromium or base GMOD?

Unsubscribe from all workshop content, delete all the maps in your maps directory, and clear both your addons and download directories in the game files. Make sure you unsub before doing that.
