What will you do to stop this from happening again - I will follow the rules and not act up, if I remember I was on a good path for success with no warns in almost two weeks, then I had the unfortunate happen of being banned after last night. I apologize deeply, and I know for a fact not to do whatever I seemed to have done to be banned for two weeks.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned - Yes! I've been multiple times, and banned twice, each for three days.
Why should you be unbanned - I don't know the full extent of what happened, I was in the research chem lab with Scarecrow, he had wanted to get 008 samples, I obliged and he injected me with the syringe, about halfway through a full flask, people had caught notice of 008 and demanded they flag off, which I did. However, scarecrow being the goober he is, did NOT flag off, and instead walked around and infected the place.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule? - With the money I've dumped on this server (Well over 80 USD), I see no reason to act up enough for this ban, I should be on my best behaviour as if I were attending a very high quality muesum, no touchies!

Many thanks for creating this appeal. I'll go through each part of the ban and my reasoning:

FailRP - Failbreach of 008, from looking your through logs and reports from other staff members you acquired a 008 syringe and injected someone from the same team, at the same time while less than 12 MTF were on. Which was just FailRP and from your message logs at the time, it looked very much like this was planned to be released.

Pac Abuse - You used Pac3 to make yourself small enough to get into the 008 chamber thus being able to get the syringe in the first place. This was also your 3rd Pac abuse warning.

Stacked Bans - This was your 3rd ban within 6 months.

After taking a look at the statement from Red, you most definitely broke various rules and or have broken a large amount of rules which ended up even getting yourself a Stacked Bans extension.

With the above being said, and no evidence being provided by yourself I will be denying this appeal.

Due to the above, no action has been taken in regards to your ban appeal.
