Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? Yes Why should you be unbanned: I should be unbanned since although I was constantly being toxic towards someone I was also bringing rp to the server whilst playing CI, Researcher, MTF, Intelligence and Gensec roles. Personally I believe me trying to get a reaction out of someone because of previous reactions shouldn't warrant a 6 month ban. I have been toxic to other people too but when I have I've never truly meant it, I only really do it when I believe the person can take the jokes I say or get a bit annoyed. Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Because I played it frequently and I believe that me annoying someone should be a ban but not a ban as harsh as 6 months.

I am somewhat involved in this situation and was also questioned about harassing Sarah so I assume I am allowed to comment? if not I'm sorry but I have some evidence that may help idk

I don't know exactly what Bob/Max jokingly said to the person, as staff will not share this information however you can pretty much guarantee that if he had said/done the same things to a male then he definitely would not have received a 6 Month ban. The ban was originally a week for "Inappropriate Comments | Harassment", it was then changed to severe toxicity and 6 months. 6 months for toxicity? Anybody that has had any encounters with Bob King on the server will know that he definitely isn't one of the more serious members and that he often says strange things. The majority of people that know Bob will also know that 99% of the things that come out of his mouth aren't to be taken seriously and I honestly do not believe that it was his intention to upset this person. For context Sarah is the person that Bob was supposedly harassing. My first encounter with Sarah was when me and around 5 other rangers, including Bob, entered the facility after CGITV had called for assistance saying something about human testing. There was a Warrant on Sarah and therefore me and other Rangers arrested her and other researchers within the facility. Right from the start, she was extremely hostile towards us swearing and shouting which the majority of the rangers found hilarious. Her game then crashed as we arrested her in Personnel Wing. Me, CGITV and other rangers were hiding within PW with the other foundation staff members that were in custody as there was a mass breach. While we were in PW, Sarah reconnected to the server. She was then re-arrested so that we could carry on the RP. We Dragged her and a GENSEC cadet up to EZ so that we could question them at the rangers office about what was going on, the cadet was roleplaying it out however the entire time Sarah was complaining and shouting. We died and then after there was another distress call from within the facility so all of the rangers responded. Once again the rangers moved through the facility and multiple foundation staff members were detained for questioning as a monster and human test subjects had been spotted. Warrants were put onto the researchers for human testing and once again rangers arrested some of the researchers in PW, Sarah was one of these researchers and once again she was complaining the entire way. I would have more clips of the situation however it was a while ago and I had already wiped my clips so I only have the ones that I had previously uploaded. I do not know if this situation has anything to do with Bob's ban but these are pretty much the only encounters I have had with Sarah, other than 2 times I have encountered her during CI raids and killed her. Yet for some reason I was also suspected for harassing Sarah and questioned about it so I assume it does. As you can see in my clips Sarah clearly was not the only member of the foundation that was being arrested during the situation involving Rangers and you can also see that she was pretty hostile back. I believe that Bob does have other encounters with Sarah but I do not know about these however I do know that in general Bob is one of the nicest people I know although he can be pretty questionable at times. I hope that you can at least reduce Bob's ban.


As you can see Sarah clearly was not the only member of the foundation that was detained in these situations, despite what she says, we even managed to get a member of E-11 to the rangers office at one point. There were also other researchers with warrants on them as you can see, nobody was being targeted.

I have a small feeling part of the ban reason was someone who you think messaging fox was metrail but i am here today to plead guilty by saying i was messaging fox not metrail so if that was one of the reason he was banned please take it to account that it was me and here is some proof.

Thankyou for taking the time to appeal your ban for severe toxicity .

The reason that I extended your ban from 1 week to 26 is because it became clear to me that was sexually harassing the person in question , furthermore after being told to stop you then took it a step further and decided to message the person that you were harassing on discord . After consulting with other members of server leadership we came to an agreement that 26 weeks for your ban is justified. I will also add that you and your friends may have found this funny but the person of which you were harrassing certainly did not.

Can you please explain how anything that was said to her was sexual in any way? These are the only messages that have been sent to her jokingly by Sebas and Metrail. Metrail sends song lyrics and messages to loads of people on the server as a joke that's just how he is, and you can even see him doing it in the main discord sometimes. I don't see how any of these messages are hostile whatsoever, let alone sexual harassment? Even the messages that Sebas sent weren't sexual/toxic and if she really felt that she was being harassed by Metrail she could've easily used the block button. She still has not blocked him to this day. If saying these things to a person warrants a 6 month ban then half of the player base should be banned for toxicity. The only reason that you have brought the word "Sexual" into this is because the 'victim' is female. The reason that Sebas said the thing about being a milf, which is the only thing that could be seen as sexual, is because he was joking about her bio.

Hi @Metrail

Thanks for taking the time to write a ban appeal.

You were following this girl around for a few days making weird and inappropriate comments.

Also, you were found singling her out and arresting her for no reason at all, basically targetting her.

One of the examples of those weird comments would be, and I quote, "I'm outside of your house". And, of course, on its own. This is not that big of a deal, but when you were told to stop following this girl, you didn't and making a comment like this after is not appropriate. As a result, you received a ban from another member of Server Leadership for two weeks.

After this ban, you decided to message her on Discord, and for whatever reason that may be, it is inappropriate. Unless you were apologising to her, and from the proof provided by your friends, it does not look like you were.

And as one of your friends has mentioned. "But! If he had said/done the same things to a male, he definitely would not have received a 6-month ban!" this is false. If someone is found harassing someone constantly, they will receive the same punishment.

From what I have been provided and told, your ban will stay.
