i got banned when i made a sit about nlr/failrp and i got banned for 3 days for rdm.

it started like this. i was drving to the scp faundation ''as a mayor'' to do something and a parawatch came up to me and annoyed me very much, so i gave him 20 warnings to go away from me and after the 21 warn i killed him, and then he came back and annoyed me alot more and then even the scp faundation killed him aswell. and i didnt know that my mic was muted so i got banned when i made the sit about the failrper. and now i am just crying for that i got banned. He didnt even get warned and the sr mod just went like this. thats rdm and banned me.

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? yes when i didnt take medicin for adhd.
Why should you be unbanned: i take adhd medicin now and i will do my best and i will NEVER brake a rule again i promise on 100 quid.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: i take adhd medicin now and i fully understand the rules now. and i will never do anything rule brakeing again.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I spendend all my money on the server that i had hardly earned, and im broke now but i will get 100 quid soon on my birthday. I promise all this, and i am not lying about this.

In the sit, you showed me a clip where you shoot a parawatch for taking pictures without any kind of warning. Also I checked your warnings and you already had a 1day ban for RDM [D] already, resulting into 3 day ban. Also I didnt warned the parawatch cause your clip just showed you shooting him for taking pictures. I belive taking pictures is not considered as Failrp. also there was no proof of him coming back on the clip. Also in the sit you were talking normally, I recommend you checking your medail settings for the microphone issues.

@Harlow Seven i didnt know that my mic was muted when the incident happend and then when i was asked hello you there can you talk i checked if my mic was muted and it was so i turned it on after i was asked hello you there can you talk. and thats why it was working in the sit and not in the incident

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

First of all, I apoligise for the late reply to this ban appeal. After reviewing both sides of the stories, and considering your previous warnings & bans, I've decided to deny this appeal. This is due to the fact that you did not give any warnings to the player before shooting him, which you blamed your microphone that supposedly not working, even though it was working fine during the sit. Because of this, this led me to believe that you were simply lying in order to avoid a warning/ban. As such, your ban will remain in your record.​
