What is your exact ban reason (shows when you try to connect): rdm, failrp and ban evade( ban evade was after i got on alt so doesnt really count)
Who banned you: i dont remember but i can tell u when im in the sevrer if hes online
Ban length?:4 days (now 8 weeks)
What server were you banned on?: (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA):SCP RP UK
What will you do to stop this from happening again: not buy guns for selfprotection and not kill higherranks
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? banned yes
Why should you be unbanned: because the mayor was friends with the admin and i only shot the mayor cus he had a bounty and then he told his admin friend
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: not buy a gun anymore as a citizen
Why do you want to rejoin this server?:[/b] because i love it
so i bought a gun from a gun dealer as a citizen then i killed the mayor on accident but his friend wasnt online so then someone random puts a bounty on him and i kill him for the bounty then he tells the admin the admin says ill give u a warning till i heard give him a ban or something then he said ur gonna get 4 days buddy and banned me

I was the admin that extended your ban for ban evasion. I extended the ban and edited the ban reason after you admitted to myself and two UNGOC members that you were on an alt account because your other account was banned. Due to this admittance and the two names of the accounts being a very close match the Ban Evasion (A) was implemented to your ban.

Furthermore, if this ban for RDM and FailRP is removed you still evaded your ban which would have previously only been 4 days. Hence the ban evasion and the original ban will stick.

The reason I banned you was for RDM class D and for stacked bans. You have killed a mayor in the name of a bounty at which I explained to you that there was no such thing present on the server which makes your case an RDM case.

ok thanks but i got banned for no reason in my opinion i got reasons why i killed the mayor but he didnt listen to them so i joined back to say why he lied n stuff + some random dude told me there was a bounty on him and yh + even my friend that worked for the mayor said there was so i just shot and killed him

I have listened to your part of the story but when I tried explaining to you why what you did was wrong nonetheless and what you did that was wrong, you kept interrupting me and screaming into your microphone not letting me speak at which point I gagged you and let you speak through text chat. You instead refused to talk to me and typed in OOC until you got banned.

but like ik i ban evaded but i wanted to ask the mayor why he lied n stuff to the admin i was gonna hop off anyway and play smth else so can it atleast get removed but like keep it to a week or sum

you never said to me to talk tho and i never screamed in my mic i just typed in ooc cus my other friends THAT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED were watching and i was with them the whole time so they can litterally proof that i am innocent (well not innocent but that the mayor lied)

If you have any evidence related to this situation, outside of the ban evasion please let me know as I didn't see anything attached within this post.

Contact me at Discord: " l_uft " if you do have any evidence that would help you within this, as logs would show you breaking these rules without proper context.

Outside of this, you admitting to ban evading will stick. Meaning that if the above is done, and proper context to the situation is given then I am willing to reduce your ban outside of the current Ban Evasion extension.

Due to the above, no action has been taken in regards to your ban appeal.
