When drawing or holstering the P320, there should be a 1 in 1000 chance of the pistol self-discharging and shooting the holder of the weapon in the abdomen.

More accurately represents the real-life behavior of the SIG Sauer P320.
Gives additional roleplay opportunities to the medical department, who will have to respond to and assist the person who shot themselves because of the negligent discharge.
Adds an opportunity for a rare Easter-egg event that players will likely find hilarious in the moment in uncommon event it is triggered.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Some players may begin to question the quality of the equipment issued to them by the foundation, and seek to purchase an alternative weapon to rely on.

Overall this would add a humorous little quirk to the jobs that are issued the P320 as a sidearm, which is not only accurate to real-life issues with this particular handgun (many news articles cover this if you do a Google search for it), but would also occasionally add a small, funny moment to the server.
