What makes you suitable for SCP-096?: I understand the server rules and the containment procedure for 096 well. I also understand that SCPs are part of RP too, even if they are designed to kill like 096 essentially is.

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?: 096 will become dormant and sit down until someone sees his face again or 60 seconds pass and he is able to wander the facility slowly

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: 096 is allowed to go wherever his closest targets are; so, if the closest target is in D-Block, then he may enter D-Block with the purpose of terminating that target. Otherwise, 096 can wander just about anywhere that is already open.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
First, all bulkheads are to remain closed, and Scramble Gear is to be equipped for any interaction with 096. A bucket must be obtained, and once in position behind 096, it is to be placed upon his head. All bulkheads are to be opened at this point to allow 096 to terminate his remaining targets, at which point, once docile, he is to be beamed, pacified, and restrained to return him to his containment chamber.
If he manages to break the bucket on his head, a cooldown begins where another bucket cannot be placed until the cooldown is finished.
