Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
The only punishment I have received during my time was by former Ethics Member Mr. Z, which was a 60 minute job ban from the Research Department due to me being outside of the garage and on the surface during a Code Black in which a warhead was not being detonated. Besides this, I have received no warnings, kicks, or bans [on-site and off-site] throughout my time here.
Why are you applying for Site Director?
The main reason as to why I am applying for the position of Site Director is because I want to see Site-56 prosper, even more-so than it already is in it's current state as of writing this.
I want to be able to help manage the site to the best of my abilities with the help from the Departmental Leads located here, as well as the members of both Site Administration and Site Command that I would be working in unison with. Communication between Personnel is the most vital aspect of making sure that everyone is happy with their respective Departments and situations, and being given the opportunity to help establish this further would be an honor.
It is also of upmost importance to me to make sure that all of the Departments, Regiments, and Divisions located here at Site-56 are in the best states that they can be, under the best leadership that can be properly appointed. My ultimate end goal overall is to ensure that the Foundation is operating like clockwork, with the least amount of hindrances possible.
Another large priority of mine, I want to be able to make sure that voices within the Foundation are not going unheard. I have always considered myself to be someone who takes the consideration of others in mind before immediately making a decision, and ensuring that everyone feels like their thoughts are being respectfully considered, that proper action is being made based off of the concerns of our Personnel, this is something that I would love to do.
Everyone deserves a platform to speak their minds, and ultimately, Site Administration is responsible for making sure that any issues that may be present on-site are being properly addressed and handled with the best care.
What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
I have acquired much personal experience with being a Deputy Director / Director of my very own Department with it's own respective hierarchies, policies, rosters, and divisions that I've had to help manage with the help of my Co-Directors [Cat and Crow] and the many Executives who have all been amazing to work with. With all of our combined efforts, we were able to transform the Research Department into what it is today, and it has been an absolutely incredible journey.
I've made sure to take a lot of initiative when it comes to properly establishing valid forms of communication between all of the currently existing Directorates , Divisionary Leads, and forms of Site Administration / Site Command, of which I and the current Co-DoR Crow Kalashnikov communicate very regularly. We have done this mainly via establishing well over a dozen individual group chats via Discord.
We have been able to successfully establish a solid diplomatic relationship with the Research Directorate of Site-65 in order to create our own extensive policies document for the Research Department which will be reviewed once more and placed into effect after the Code of Ethics Rework has been concluded.
I have genuine passion and motivation for making sure everything is properly managed, and running as efficiently as it can be. I and the Co-DoR have helped the Executives here at Site-56 form five entire new divisions, that being the Board of Education, EX-2, AUD-5, OS-6, and Whisp-7.
I keep note of everything that I accomplish within the site nearly every single day in my own monthly status reports documents. I have one for October, November, and December, where you can find all of my accomplishments with other Personnel here at Site-56 ever since way back when I was promoted to lead the former Icarus-4 Research Division as an Executive Researcher. They are quite extensive, however, so please be mindful of this.
I do believe that I have acquired enough management and authoritive experience throughout my time here to be able to safely transfer to the position of Site Director if I do ever get accepted for this position.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site Administration holds quite a few various responsibilities that are to be expected of them as they conduct their business, listed below:
-You act as the governing body that is fully responsible for making sure that all of the Departments, Divisions, and Regiments that are currently present on your site are running to the best of their abilities, under the best possible authorities. Making sure that your site is in the most capable hands, that your Personnel are as pleased as they can be with their predicaments, and that the overall health of your site is in tip top condition, this is what should be on your mind throughout your career in Site Administration.
You are to put the priorities of the site above your own.
-Establishing proper forms of communication between the various authoritative Personnel and Departments located on your site is extremely important for making sure that everything that needs to be addressed is being done so in the most appropriate and efficient manner. Without proper coordination, nothing will ever get resolved on your site.
-Save for Site Command, you are the one who holds the upmost authority here at the Foundation. You are to act respectful, professional, and rational at all times. You have been entrusted with a great deal of power, and with this, comes incredible responsibility that must never be neglected or abused. To be entrusted with directing an entire site is an incredible honor that is only given to the most capable Personnel, of which are already composed of the best the world has to offer.
-If any changes are going to be made in regards to the state of the site or its various Departments, Divisions, and Regiments, you must act in unison with both the respective Departmental / Divisionary / Regimental heads and Site Command to ensure that these changes are enforced the most effective and beneficial way they can be made.
-Making sure that the site and it's many Personnel remain safe during any of the various codes is incredibly important. You are to ensure that any problems that may surface on your site are being immediately dealt with by the appropriate Personnel to ensure that minimum damage has taken place.
-Establishing diplomacy between all internal and external forces that may be present either on or near your site is something that must be attended to as well. Making sure that the parties you will be involved with are being properly dealt with so as to ensure the best potential outcome for your site and it's personnel is vital for ensuring the overall security of the Foundation.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
It's been a long time, hasn't it?
A.R.A. came a long way since they were a Junior Researcher,
someone who barley passed the Entry Exam after a dozen failed attempts.
They remember how excited they were when they had gotten promoted to Senior,
how long it took.
How many experiments they had conducted,
some ending better than others.
They never expected to make it to Executive.
At least, not any time soon.
Honestly, it was hard at first, getting adjusted to the sudden shift in responsibility.
They almost rejected becoming the lead of the former Icarus-4, out of fear they wouldn't be good enough.
The same thing had happened with becoming the Deputy Director of Research.
After Cat was demoted, A.R.A. felt lost at first,
now being the sole individual responsible for managing the entire department.
But soon, they realized they weren't so alone.
A.R.A. had an entire department that was there for them.
Co-Directors, Executives, Seniors, even Juniors.
A Department that was dedicated to what it did.
A Department composed of the most creative and brilliant minds they had the pleasure of working with.
It was with everyone's help that together,
they were able to forge the Research Department into becoming what it is now.
It was when they got together and worked with each other, laughed with each other, vented to each other...
That was what made A.R.A. realized that they could do this.
Not alone, but with the help of everyone, they realized they could accomplish so much together.
As cliché as it sounds, a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link.
This applied for the Research Department.
This applies for Site-56.
This applies for the Foundation.
This applies for the World as a whole.
It was then that A.R.A. realized that with the help of others, they could not only help the Research Department.
They could help the Foundation as a whole.
That is what drives me to create this application for your consideration, and what motivated me to further my efforts in the Foundation by assuming the role of Site Director.
Thank you for your time and patience.
