Why are you applying for Security Captain?:
I want to get into my first CL4 Position as a combative which will give me plenty of experience and room to enhance my skills alongside giving me a starting point for more oppourtunities in the future especially for moving onto an Assistant position with Site Command. I also enjoy helping people its one of my main things, since i am autistic i can get fixated and i have my triggers but one thing i can do with no qualms is help people, and i treat people with respect if they have earnt it. I can get a little frustrated but we are all human and i understand that so i can see things from both sides, i have perspective.

What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:​

I play on the server quite a bit, playing for up to four hours every day. My engagement in many games has sharpened my leadership skills in addition to my experiences as an MTF NCO. I am active in dblock and have many people who like me and respect me, im quite down to earth and i am generally chill if unprovoked and i try to be proffesional whilst on the job but i do have the occasional minute where i just want to let loose and have a bit of fun, but i can be strict if the situation calls for it and i try to maintain good communication and relaitions in GSD.

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
- POI Assignments, Assigning GSD to certain locations in D-Block to ensure smooth operations and quick response to threats
- Licenses, one of the main things Captains do is train other people to become RRT and HWL certified.
- Leading Sweeps, when the dclass gear up and get ready for a riot it is our duty as captain to effectively organise and execute a sweep seizing all contraband from the D-Class with minimal or no casualties
- Closing/Opening Bulk Heads during breaches
- Manning AA if needed and ensuring MTF and Authorised personnel are armed enough to combat a breach effectively
- Escorting CL4 tests such as 008,079 and 682 if needed

I made the transition to the us server because of its better quality of roleplay and my ping is far better, and yes i was blacklisted but the people who need to know what happened do, and if you think this is low effort, thats fine, but i did put effort into the app.

Regardless of the reasons I think anyone who applies for a CL4 position shouldn't be blacklisted from any other department. I'd feel much better+Supporting this if you put in some effort trying to appeal them regardless if you go back or not. Good luck though.

I cannot recommend someone for cl4 who has been blacklisted from multiple mtfs and then server hopped to avoid the bad name you've made for yourself. I have seen nothing from you to suggest being worthy of a cl4 position in terms of professionalism or conduct. I would suggest working to build a better name for yourself in the meantime instead of trying to avoid the one you've made for yourself.

Alex, I like you. I really do, I have personally never had an issue with you. You've always been super laid back every time i've seen you and never being over the top or mingey.

However, that said, it seems that people do not share the same sentiment as I do considering the replies and rep you have. I personally would work on appealing any departmental blacklists on the UK server and improving your overall reputation with everyone on a general note. CL4 is a massive responsibility. Again, I do not personally have a problem with you, but i'd start trying to mend any bridges that may have been burnt. ​

Powerhungry, rude, attitude, occasional powertrips. I think you need to process that other players are also human beings trying to play a game and relax after long days of studies or work and you powertripping and superior acting as an officer doesnt make it fun at all!

You as a person are probably quite a nice fellow but within the bounds of RP, personally, if I saw you on captain I would play anything else until you logged off.

Lastly, it doesn't feel like you're applying to make GSD better... it feels like you're applying to have more power to minge and troll and be toxic with...

I cant even begin to describe how much of a problem u were on UK , you caused most of the regiment to just play something else when you were online , Besides as a Captain you should have the ability to RP , the last time you were involved in rp you threw a hissy fit and refused to flag on for 4 days , you do not possess the maturity to become a Captain , even though you may switch servers that doesnt make you suddenly a new person

You're actually not quite there - That list happens to have a total population of 1 and it's not you interestingly, but that's probably because I never really had that many interactions with you, and all my interactions with you on UK were actually surprisingly good. - Multiple blacklists (NU-7, E-11. Is also Close to a blacklist on A1 due to the other two.)
- Spiteful invidiaul who in retaliation to being jobbanned, would attempt to irritate CL4 members of the department he was jobbaned from.
-Would have a habit of trying to force himself into scenarios with no real thought to the other players around.

You as a player show a complete lack of respect for authority. Managing to rack up 6 warns within internal affairs (your last being on 16/03/2024), 3 of these were on the same day, the other 2 being under a week apart each.

This section contains nothing about why you are applying for this position specifically, Infact it seems to talk more about your personal issues than why you want the position.

From my time seeing you as an NCO you neglected a few of your duties in the hopes to chase A1 and attempt to join. Not only that but your experience in both regiments ended abrupting due to blacklists for your behaviour. Showing you aren't even fit for those positions

Being provoked and becoming unprofessional as a result is not a good thing for a CL4. You are supposed to be people who can help encourage good RP from other people and being unprofessional sets a bad example for newer players.
