- XP Farming: I received a 1-day ban and a warning for the same incident. This happened when I was still relatively new, and we had just finished fighting back a massive Code Black with Gensec's help. While playing as a scientist, I started crediting everyone as I had seen others do in the past. I did not realize it was a mistake, and I accepted the punishment without argument when the admin informed me. I learned from it and never let it happen again. Other than that, this has been my only warning so far.
Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
Internal Security has always been the department that fits me best, and it is where I have spent much of my time on-site. I genuinely enjoy the work the department does: enforcing procedure, answering questions from personnel regarding the FLC, COC, and COE, and ensuring that people do not ruin others' experiences by breaking procedure or harassing fellow personnel. Having previously served within Internal Security as an Investigator, Inspector, and Commissioner, I am applying to return to a position where I can once again contribute directly to the department's operations. I want to help manage the influx of new operatives and agents, aid in the training and development of newer members, and make positive changes where I can to ensure the department and the foundation operate at their best.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I have extensive first-hand experience within Internal Security, having previously served as an Investigator, an Inspector, and ultimately as Commissioner (Investigations) (Acting Legal). I know the department's expectations, workflows, and standards from both the ground level and the leadership level. Beyond Internal Security, I have held CL4 and leadership positions across the site, including Site Manager, Site Advisor, Internal Affairs Ambassador, and Ethics Committee Assistant, giving me a broad understanding of how departments interact and how judgments affect the wider site. I have dedicated a great deal of time to the Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, and Foundation Legal Codex to ensure every judgment I make is fair to both parties, and I always explain exactly what was wrong and why I decided on a certain course of action.
As I am located in Asia, I may not always be present during US peak hours due to the 10-12 hour time difference. However, during off-peak periods and early US mornings, there is often a lack of CL4 personnel on duty, and I can help fill this gap. I have regularly played until nearly 5 am on weekends, demonstrating a very flexible schedule.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
An ideal Inspector is firm but fair. They know the Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, and Foundation Legal Codex thoroughly and apply them consistently and impartially, without favoritism or personal bias. They remain calm and professional under pressure, explain their rulings clearly to all parties involved, and treat every case on its evidence rather than on assumptions. Just as importantly, an ideal Inspector is a role model and mentor: approachable, patient with newer agents, and willing to teach rather than simply punish. They break the "Anti-Fun Police" stereotype by showing that enforcement, done properly, protects everyone's roleplay experience rather than ruining it.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I have written numerous documents that are used throughout the site, alongside a large number of arrest reports, incident reports, case files, and similar documentation produced across my time in Internal Security, Internal Affairs, and Site Administration. I find document writing to be one of the most enjoyable RP mechanics on the server.
In terms of quality, a good document requires effort in grammar, formatting, and structure. Paragraphs should be easy to read and understand on the first reading, with proper paragraphing and spacing to help the reader comprehend the purpose of the document. Beyond presentation, a good document must be accurate and complete: it should clearly state the facts, reference the relevant codes or procedures, and present evidence in a way that allows anyone reading it, whether a superior, a tribunal, or another department, to understand exactly what happened and why action was taken.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
Internal Security Inspectors are the senior agents of the department, taking on leadership and management responsibilities. They aid in the training and regimentation of both new and experienced members, guiding them in the right direction and serving as role models who exemplify the ideal standards of the department. Inspectors are responsible for hosting tryouts for new members using the test system, supported by the relevant reading materials, and for helping new agents understand Internal Security's role within the foundation. Regarding investigations, Inspectors are entrusted with higher-level cases involving personnel that require finesse and discretion to handle. With the necessary training, they may also act in a legal capacity, representing individuals in tribunal proceedings. Inspectors report directly to the department's senior leadership, following their orders and upholding their standards.

I have held and succeeded in leadership positions within this very department before, having served as the first Internal Security Commissioner (Investigations) (Acting Legal). In that role, I was responsible for overseeing investigations, guiding Investigators and Inspectors, and helping shape the department's standards and procedures from the ground up. Beyond Internal Security, I have held site-wide leadership positions as Site Manager and Site Advisor, led as an Internal Affairs Ambassador, and held NCO and officer positions across MTF and military units, including Security Sergeant, E-11 SGT, RMP COL, and ISAF MAJ. This breadth of experience has taught me how to manage personnel, delegate effectively, mediate disputes fairly, and lead by example rather than by rank alone. I understand what the department needs from its leadership because I have provided it before, and I am ready to do so again.
