What will you do to stop this from happening again: i will take countermeasures in the slight minging i mix with my roleplay, and trying to limit it to my furthest extent

Why should you be unbanned: because i will be a very good boy, i will do my very best not to break another rule
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: this sentence is the longest i have had, and has made me realize how much i like Civil Networks (gamers) and i will try my very best not to get banned again
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: i love this server

i know what i did wrong, and it really does suck about the amount of time i am banned. It has opened my eyes to how much it sucks. I will do no such thing. Please just let me play on this epic server before my christmas break is over

I'm denying your appeal as you have been given chances to change your behavior with the previous bans and warnings you have. Under no circumstances is it acceptable to supply Class D with guns as foundation personnel and as Skylar said it is FailRP.
