What will you do to stop this from happening again: I do enjoy the server as I do understand that RP is essential for the server to run as intended because of this I will only partake in activities that will not impede on the RP of others.

Before this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? I have been banned for F RP once.

Why should you be unbanned: I was never told what I did and I believe the admin was biased because I have had previous negative interactions with him as well when I requested another admin's input I was declined. Although I may have broken fear RP I do not believe that it justifies the ban that was given.

How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: As stated previously I respect the RP that occurs on the server and due to this I took the time to read through the rules of the server to understand the rules to their full extent.

Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I would like to rejoin the server because it is the one thing that gets me through the day I get on the server every day after school as well I would like to keep interacting with all the friends I've made on the way.

Hello Light,

Thank you for spending the time to make a Ban appeal. I first want to start off by saying, I told you multiple times exactly what you did that broke FearRP, I also never denied you opinions of other staff. Like I said during the sit, I did in fact ask for another staff member, but no one responded. As for the stacked bans, The reason it says Class E is because of a typo, it should say Class C so I apologize for that, but I still gave the proper punishment for Class C which is one week. The reason why I banned you for Class E FearRP is because you had 3 guns trained on you while being arrested and tried to run away. The reason it is Class E is because you had 4 other FearRP punishments in the past month making this your 5th offense and a 3 day ban. The Class C Stacked Bans is because you have had 4 other bans in the past 6 months which like I said previously is a 7 day ban. I hope you can understand why I made my decision and hope you have a nice day.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

Upon review of the appeal and evidence provided, I have determined the ban to be accurate. In the clip you provide, there is clear indication of FearRP being broken as well as you Mixing by constantly yelling FearRP while aiming your gun at the combat medic. Per the FearRP rule, if you are outnumbered 2:1, fearp applies to you.

You may re-appeal in 1 week
