-Ban-name convention my brother got home from college let him play he did very stupid things. Ban ltarp because IA was not being friendly also got warned for toxicity because of him. warns for rdm and failrp
What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
-When I started on the server, I approached the researcher job, thinking I would remarkably like the work and RP. I loved the experience of filling out paperwork and sending them to higher-ups to see what they thought. I do admit I didn't do this all the time. I saw that people were not doing what they were supposed to, which hindered my job as a researcher, so I became an IA. I took the time to read the severs rules and code of ethics/conduct. Wanting to be the best, I tried to be fair with punishments, unlike my counterparts that just gave maximum sentence without considering the crimes even if they were not extreme. Many of the gensec would complain to me about many things, so I decided to get a different point of view. I then started the grind for gensec. as I gained more experience, my opinion opened seeing the flaws in all three aspects gensec, researchers and IA. At my current state, I had no way of fixing it, so I decided to get my riot license and my heavy license .becoming a sergeant, I then had power over a decent percentage of the gensec one problem out of three. I could fix the issues, which led me to be recruited to Omega-1. This describes what I have done, but if we look closely at the details, you can pick up on some minor details, Such as wanting change. I want to make this place fun for everyone, which means everyone must follow specific rules, And I am okay with calling people out. I know the code of ethics and conduct pretty well. If I do not know something, I try to make a change to fix that.
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
1.) We are to make sure the facility is running correctly in the manner of staff following the code of ethics
2.) Assistants' jobs are to ensure any task given by the committee is completed and to work alongside Omega-1
3.) Their job is to protect the foundation from itself
4.)investigating MTF groups and staff to make sure they are following the code of ethics/code of conduct

Boz was raised by a father who was a part of an elite group called Green berets. To be exact, he was under the 5th special forces group. Boz was raised underhand hand combat and strategy going to school and graduating high school at the age of 15 at went to college at West point top of his class. He majored in Engineering but always wanted to become a lawyer.
Age 5- Boz was being bullied and complained to his father about it.
Boz- Dad, these kids won't leave me alone; they keep harassing me because of my intellect.
Father-son, then use that mind. What do you think would be more satisfying than punching them in the face or hurting them like a knife, slow but deep.
Boz - punching them
Father - but son, think bruises heal holes to not. So I want you to create a list of all the times they did you wrong, and then we will go from there.

Boz -alright, Father, I have the list. What now
Father- now son, when he messes with you next, beat the living crap out of him
Boz- but why father
Father- because when you get in trouble, you can show all the wrong things, but you must think because you can not Punch someone when there doing something wrong.
Boz remembered this lesson for the rest of his life. Although, after graduating from the academy, he decided to become an officer, he made sure he followed everything that was instructed to him, gaining the attention of an unknown group.
On his weekend off, Boz went to the bar and came out. He was jumped and had a bag placed over his head. He woke up in a room surrounded by unknown people. Boz questioned them about who they were. The strange figure's stated that they were a part of a group that helped protect the world from things that could destroy or alter it. He then asked why he was there. The unknown figures said they had been watching him for a while now and wanted to see his mind decision skills. Boz was intrigued and asked what he would be doing in this job. they then revealed themselves as the ethics committee whose purpose was to make sure everyone was treated humanly to an extent .they offered him the job as an assistant to see what he could do.
