I have received 5 warns. 1 being rdm and the rest I cannot remember as they have all expired.
What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number):
O5-5, as I want to assist the site and it's RP policies/standards as well as assist players whenever I can to better understand the server and its normal operations so that they can better enjoy the server.
What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
My long stint as an Executive gave me a lot of information to garner from other people in the community. I became friends with and talked frequently with people who eventually garnered praise and acquired high ranking positions on the server such as Ethics and O5 and due to that I have picked up on a few things that the job requires and the kind of approach that is required to perform the job. Despite me having no senior cl4 experience I have learned from others and those of senior cl4 how to act and how to respond in situations that would require them. I have also am an "Ancient" member of the community that has been around for a long time like I stated before and because of that I have leveled a boredom that has made me wish to be serious again and because of that I try to come onto the server for 1-3 hours a day to see, interact, and have fun with people on the server and I slowly am bringing myself back onto the server to play more and more.
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
The O5 Council has total control over the management of MTFs, their own Personal MTF, Site Administration, and the day-to-day running's of the Site as a whole. Though they do have complete control, they usually perform in a back seat manner. Never really directly interjecting into a situation unless they are explicitly needed to, they delegate operational command to MTFs and their COs or management/administrative matters to their Assistants or members of Site Administration.
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?):
From what I've garnered, they are the deciders on Department Leadership applications for IA, Intel, and Research though for Medical I do believe the colaborate with Ethics as I think medical is more of Ethics area of expertise. Along side Dpl. apps they decide on Site Administration Applications for SD and SA.
Please give some lore about your O5 character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Samuel: Yeah, ngl the pay increase is good and i jumped up to Senior Clearance with cl 04/223101 but honestly this crap is annoying. Like 300000 different docs come in every day and I have to change or edit like a 3rd of them.
Cooper: Yeah I've just stayed as Executive Researcher this entire time. Not much has changed on-site besides a new MTF called Beta-1 being added with their own bunks. A new "Core Sector" has been built to along with a bunch of new chemistry equipment.
