Character name(s): Craig Perkins, Harold Hawks
Civilian name: Craig Perkins
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): SCP-RP USA

-
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: CI-A, Nu-7 CSG, E-11 CPL, ECA, IA Ambassador, IA Director and for about 5 days ECM.
-
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: None.
-
Why are you applying for Security Captain?: I want to be more involved in the management of D-Block as a Captain so that I can lead sweeps and have more direct authority over GenSec personnel to keep them in their positions around the site whether it be SCUs in HCZ, Officers in the airlock or Cadets needing combat exp escorting tests. I also just enjoy the idea of being a prison guard and want to do more for the people in D-Block in a more official capacity.
-
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?: Along with my leadership and combative experience I've shown considerable efficiency in managing sweeps and D-Block as a whole in both my roles as Security Officer and in other leadership positions. I'm well aware of the ethics and conduct regulations in D-Block regarding D-Class and GenSec performance expectations along with the operating procedures of getting D-Class in and out of the airlock towards tests and back to D-Block. I'm aware of what constitutes a Code 2 and what necessitates a sweep.
-
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?: Security Captains must lead sweeps, manage GenSec, and keep D-Block safe. Alongside that, Captains need to ensure that operating procedures in D-Block are being followed properly and that GenSec are manning their posts as necessary. They must also make sure that GenSec members are performing their duties properly and professionally or dealing with them otherwise if they aren't. Lastly are hosting HWL and RRT tryouts consistently.

Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Craig Perkins was an average lad needing quick cash to pay down his Chevy Malibu (2007) and found a position online looking for "correctional officers" somewhere remote in Canada. The pay was really good for such a simple role so he decided to book an interview. During this interview he was told several times that this was not a normal position and that he would have to sign an NDA to be apart of the company as it was considered a black site. Why exactly they need normal security guards at a black site instead of military personnel went right over Craig's head so he accepted without thinking anything else about it.
During basic training, Craig was in a line with several other applicants who must've gotten the same spiel about this place being considered secretive and whatnot, when a man in a suit being escorted by two guards wearing full body armor came by. Definitely an authority figure. It was at this time that everyone was briefed that this would not be a normal position. The real reason why is because we were being inducted into the "SCP Foundation," a group that maintains control over anomalous entities like monsters and artifacts that can have unexplained effects on people. He said that if anyone was shaken by that revelation, that this would be their only chance to quit. Everyone seemed nervous, but nobody spoke up or stepped out of line. "Good." said the man while turning on his heel, "because bullets are cheaper than amnestics and I can't be fucking bothered. Good luck lads."
After basic training it was years of effort, blood, bullets, and breaches that passed before Craig fully learned his position and became an Officer. D-Block was more of his home than his real home these days, as he had only taken leave once to sell his Chevy Malibu (2007) because frankly he wasn't driving anywhere and he was done trying to pay that down. After proving himself a capable member of the Foundation time and time again, he decided to take a leap and submitted his application to become a Security Captain so as to help assist in the management of D-Block in a capacity that would grant more responsibility over the tasks and decisions that were made in the day-to-day operations. Returning to his post, Craig had a smile on his face and anxiety in his stomach, weirdly enough he was happy to be doing so much for the Foundation and hoped he would get this position. It was only a few years ago that he was living in an apartment doing fuckall, soon enough he could be managing a team of security guards watching over prisoners in an underground military facility. Again, one can only hope.
