I have been running and writing DnD campaigns for over 12 years so world building and lore creation is a strength of mine.

Please list one RP Enhancement for a Foundation Department/MTF: I believe research is often a faction that goes under developed on most SCPRP servers. Running more events that encourage researchers to participate and actually document findings would greatly boost immersion and create a depth to these roles, preferably something not as combat heavy to put more of the RP weight on these roles. A prime example myself and other researchers are beginning to dip into psychological studies of both foundation members and verbal SCPs, this is a deep rich wealth of research nearly untouched on the server that could lead to new documents and studies not before seen.

Please list one RP Enhancement for a Non-Foundation Group: SCPs tend to fall mostly on the foundations hands but what is stopping us from allowing the citizens above to be the first response and having to survive new SCPs the foundation hasn't yet contained. First that comes to mind is SCP 5037, a series of seemingly impossible locked room murders. Local law enforcement respond to a call, a wellness check regarding a rotting smell coming from a locked apartment. They arrive on the scene and enter the room to find the body of the resident. Their hands are folded together over their chest clutching a small blue sticky note reading " This is a suicide note. Please send a detective. We are sorry. We don't want to die." Law enforcement search the scene top to bottom not one lead is found, no sign of forced entry, no DNA, nothing to lead them forward. Though this leaves law enforcement befuddled and shaken they process everything and continue on with their duties, until three days later an identical scene is discovered. There are many SCPs that do not present as anomalous up front and can be played as mysteries and more human scenarios letting non foundation law enforcement or even other anomalous focused groups be on the front lines of discovery.

Please list one Event idea for the United Nations Global Occult Coalition: (Operation Mushroom Madness)There have been multiple strange deaths that popped up on the GOC's radar. several people have been found with aggressive fungal infections growing inside of them and bursting out of their bodies. The strange thing is all of these victims have frequented a farmhouse outside of town. it seems gatherings have been being hosted to consume a strange fungus that is said to have anomalous properties. Persons confirmed interacting with this site seem to think the fungal growths are some sort of god, a super hive mind that can unite all life. When GOC approach the site they find it overgrown with this fungus and several humanoids wandering the site also covered with this fungus. Scans of the area have shown enormous growths spreading all through out the underground of the site. The mission is simple, Find the leader of this group, and eliminate all fungal infection in the area. The growth are highly resistant to fire arms but can be easily destroyed with fire and chemical agents. The infected individuals are hostile and will do anything to defend the main site. (Based off of SCP 7712)

Please list one Event idea for the Chaos Insurgency: (Operation Scary as Sheet) CI are expecting a transport from high command, they have come into some powerful weaponry that is to be used against the foundation. When the shipment arrives it is a lone crate. Within the crate is a red vase. The crate is transferred ito their facilities but as someone attempts to lift it a gaseous figure appears. the vase is dropped from shock which enrages the figure as he kills the CI who dropped the vase. Now the CI are stuck in their base with an enrages spirit that is intent on killing them all, it is up to them to figure out how to contain the spirit before they are all killed. ( based off of SCP 702)

Please list one Event idea for the SCP Foundation. (Operation D class sniffles) Most think it was started via an anomalous attack from CI but it doesnt really matter. One D class suddenly collapses in the middle of d block, he is surrounded by fellow d class as medical is called in to examine. As medical approaches the afflicted d class he lunges up, ripping a chunk of flesh from the medic. He cries in pain and runs for the door exiting d block. Within minutes its a blood bath, D class are being infected faster than anyone can process what is happening. Tearing eachother apart as they rampage. As the gensec pull the medic out of the airlock his eyes glaze over before he wraps his teeth around the neck of an officer. it is now 10 minutes after the initial infection all d class personnel have been infected along with all gensec and medical personnel within d block security. only one guard made it out before sealing the door behind him as the QRF had begun setting a perimeter however no one notices the small bite on the guards ankle as he slowly begins to lose control.

Please list a Major Event or Map Change idea (Involving all sides and the entire server): (Operation Home Away From Nome) The foundation is alerted that a massive building has materialized near the site. Upon inspection it is found that this building is indeed scp 1730, which was once site 13. This scp has been classified as neutralized for some time so this immediately concerns the foundation, not to mention the amount of attention an event this size will draw from all other factions. The foundation only knows what scp 1730 used to be and are assuming all of the information remains true. The site is full of escaped reality altering entities each with their own special deadly powers. The goal right now is to enter and map the facility then attempting to re neutralize if possible. For the even all factions could easily be involved and could even be used to introduce new scps and mtf teams. The foundation, goc, and ci would all want to send in operatives to catalogue, destroy, or capture any entities possibly in the building.

What elements can make an event unenjoyable? Include one example, avoiding the typical answers if possible: Event are meant to be fun and engaging to the groups involved. If these two goals are failed it can be considered a failed event. For example lets say an event is made for mtf e-11, this event should focus on the lore of this group. It should involved specialized breach containment. If this event were to instead be a surface event fighting ci then it no longer is special to this group. Another point of failure is outright excluding groups if it is meant to be a server wide event. Lets say a new scp is on site. If all that happens is the scp breaching and security containing it then the event ends we are robbing opportunity for researches to run tests and for d class to be involved in said tests.

And finally, what do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster? I am a very big fan of rp, and I think with rp comes community. SCPRP can be boring if you are any role without a gun, but it doesn't have to be this way. You can incentivize research testing which brings in d class scp and research players to all participate in the world being built. A heavier emphasis in rp allows better immersion, letting people be more invested in the server and in the community of players in it. Events can bring excitement and lore and new game play and they should certainly be present but a good gamemaster can empower all roles on the server without needing a three hour separate map event. They can drop small lore bits, they can create special training for different units, they can create new connections between roles that may not interact much otherwise.
