Anything from early 2025 was my mingey tech expert days, the only thing mostly recent and is part of my time actually playing the server is the Toxicity warning from Dec, 11 2025. The reason I got the warning was because I got kidnapped and the guy who kidnapped me and I were having a bit of toxicity match.
Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
- I am applying for Site Advisor mainly for the reason of making a bigger impact not only on site but also on the server. Having served as a Director of External Affairs for six months, I've built and understanding of what is needed to run a successful department. However, I feel that I can utilize the skills I've learned these past six months amazingly in Site Administration and I could provide a great benefit to them.

If I was accepted, some of my goals for around the site remain the same. I wish to promote more interaction between departments and regiments that wouldn't normally interact with each other through the form of trainings, roleplay, etc. Not only would I work for inter-departmental RP, I would work to bring more inter-faction RP for the Foundation, Chaos, and GOC. The normal gameplay loop of shoot, kidnap, kill should be expanded upon as so much more could come out of roleplay between factions.

If I were to be made Site Administration, I can promise that I would be an amazing fit and could prove my worth to the team.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
- There are a multitude of reasons on why I am suitable for Site Administration. First of these reasons is my experience over the past six months being a Director of External Affairs. Being a Director of External Affairs for the past six months has taught me key skills that I feel are important to the role of Site Advisor, such as conflict resolution, departmental organization, roster and document management and more. Through these skills, I've built a foundation in management that will help me move past the perspective of a singular department and help me in the oversight of every department and regiment on site.

Furthermore, I have built a large amount of experience just around diplomacy due to the largely diplomatic nature of the Department of External Affairs. Through this, I've actively collaborated with many on-site branches and regiments in implementing many different policies alongside the help of Site Administration. One example of what I've worked on is the Surface Mutuality Accord, a set of agreements between all three factions that is meant to resolve issues cleaner, fix major issues on surface, etc. Through this experience, I've built an understanding of what these groups need and what causes frictions, etc.

Another major responsibility of Site Administration is managing policies. I feel I have shown this quite well through the major reworks done not only on departmental handbooks but as previously said before, through the Surface Mutuality Accord. I have developed an eye for detail, allowing me to analyze policies, clear out vague wording, and close major loopholes that previous documents had, ensuring that everything remains fair for all parties.

Through all this and more, I feel I have demonstrated much that proves I would be suitable for Site Administration.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- Within RP, the main responsibilities of Site Administration include but is not limited to
Overall Site Oversight
Departmental/Regimental Oversight
Leadership Appointments for Departments and Regiments
Handling Major Punishment Appeals
Policy Management
Emergency Management
CL4 Meetings
Assisting in maintaining GOI Relations
and more.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
-

Dale Dawson was a simple man born in Prescott, Arizona with a family who focused their whole life on law. From a young age he developed a fascination to politics and studied political science and international relations. Due to his family's legal background, he got a great start working in various diplomatic and security contracting roles abroad. During this time, Dawson enlisted in the military, serving multiple years in intelligence. He showed great operational discipline and negotiation instincts, which made him a good fit for government contracting work after leaving from active duty after 4 years. While in government contracting, he was part of multiple diplomatic missions, which led him into an encounter with an unknown terrorist organization. His calmness in stressful situations and ability to defuse tense situations drew the Foundation’s attention after he successfully negotiated during an encounter regarding the unknown terrorist organization.

Starting in Site security, he quickly proved his talent for de-escalation and diplomacy, earning a transfer to the Department of External Affairs. Over the years, Dawson worked his way up through the ranks, eventually attaining the position of Senior Agent within the department and a position within their BORTAC department. After a year of consistent performance on the field, assisting upper leadership, fulfilling orders, and assuming leadership during critical moments, Dawson was promoted to the rank of Special Agent.

In this position, Dawson led multiple raids on hostile GoIs, spearheaded multiple diplomatic missions to recover kidnapped personnel and assets, assisted in multiple treaty meetings, and played a key role during the reformation of the BORTAC sub-regiment. His excellent operation record and leadership was recognized by upper management and received the role of Department Manager.

As Dpt. Manager, Dawson was appointed head of BORTAC through his operational excellence and proven reliability. He took part in many important missions, supporting tactically and diplomatically. Additionally, he helped lead the efforts to renegotiate a new Surface Treaty after the previous treaty had become voided following fights between the Chaos Insurgency and the Foundation.

Through his continued excellence in the Department of External Affairs, Dawson was appointed the role of Department Director. In the roughly 6 months of being director, he worked on maintaining the stability of the department, multiple policy reworks, many treaties, etc. He outlasted multiple other department directors in DEA, however he felt it was his time to move on, so he made the decision to start applying for Site Advisor, using the skills he learned along the way to support him in that journey.
