Scoring a 6 = 50% on the Dissociative Experiences Scale, Dr. Adams is at risk of dissociative identities. | POST-EMPLOYEMENT BACKGROUND Upon hiring, DR. XAVIER ADAMS was assigned to SITE-87 - the third most powerful NEXUS. In summary, the town known as Sloths Pit, Wisconsin is one of the few examples of if the veil ever falls. A Nexus is a highly active anomalous zone, where there is a low-high population that regularly experiences the anomalous to a specific 'theme'. This town experiences horror-like folklore anomalies, such as The Goatman or The Hook Handed Man. Dr. XAVIER ADAMS was the senior researcher to a team that sought to end the anomalous effects on SITE-87. Site Administration swiftly intervened and disbanded the project, and relocated Dr. XAVIER ADAMS Xavier Adams along with the rest of the team. Dr. Xavier Adams found himself in the aftermath of another incident at SITE-120 after being relocated, a NONSTANDARD SPACETIME INCIDENT taking place and causing not only a relocation - but a voluntary application of CLASS-C TARGETED RETROGRADE. DR. XAVIER ADAMS had been part of the SCP-6172 team, and had suffered an immeasurable loss. In summary; SCP-6172 imploded in on itself, taking most of the Department of Ontokinetics with it. Following the outage taking place, a fatal emergency shutdown of all SCP-6172-1 apparatus was immediately initiated to prevent total reality destabilization of Site-120. However, in the process, the connection between the communication center in baseline reality and the communication devices held by personnel entering was destroyed. Shortly after, contact was established with Universe B-10208-Alpha-1483 in an attempt to ascertain whether the sent personnel have arrived at the destined location. However, when neither Third Empire representatives nor Foundation personnel within the dimension reported even the slightest change in the dimension's fabric of reality — implying no SCP-6172-1-caused baseline reality/B-10208-Alpha-1483 connection was ever even made — a search for the missing personnel was immediately initiated before being recently abandoned. Currently, the exact dimensional whereabouts and states of affiliated researchers except for DR. XAVIER ADAMS are unknown. Today, DR. XAVIER ADAMS is stationed at SITE-██ where he works from the bottom as a way to restore his faith in science and research. |

I am requesting a very simple PAC that uses one of the many suit models, a new head, and a new keycard to place over the GOC lanyard. This is for a LEVEL01 clearance JR. researcher, and over time the only thing that will change is the key card depending on their further clearance authorization up to SR. Researcher. This attire is worn by someone whom has been employed at the Foundation for multiple sites and many years, grandfathering-in this suit attire for non-essential research and to do their day-to-day work.
