What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
Currently hold no other CL4 position & can dedicate plenty of time into OSA
Bit of leadership skills from my position within E-11, as well as I run a medical subdivision within CI
I understand the role in its entirety, and if given the opportunity plan to act professionally & mature on the role.
I don't believe I am the best candidate, but I feel as if I am able to handle this position & enforce this positions duties properly.

Carry out orders from members of O5.
Representing for O5 when needed to maintain secrecy.
Authorizing AA & sweeps when no other personal are on site to authorize it.
Enforce Code of Conduct to personal.
Write documents with audits and reports on departments.
Communicate and work with members of MTF A-1 when O5's are absent.

Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Demetrious Tiggle was originally a Non-Commissioned officer for the Chaos Insurgency that excelled in medical and successfully ran a medical subunit within CI. During a raid on Site-65, Demetrious Tiggle participated in a raid but ended up being captured by members of A-1. After being captured and interrogated by members of DEA and A-1, it was decided to use Class F amnestics on Demetrious Tiggle. The original intent of the use of these amnestics was to have Demetrious Tiggle work as a deep cover for Site-65 to infiltrate and retrieve useful information on the Chaos Insurgency. However, due to the lack of competence from DEA a member of Technical Expertise managed to slip into the room, storing Demetrious Tiggle. This led to the tech expert successfully convincing Demetrious Tiggle that he was an Overseer Assistant working directly under the O5 council's order. Due to a lack of intellect from the tech expert, Demetrious Tiggle had lost basic motor and logic skills due to improper use of Class F amnestics.
