Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
- i am wanting to be a better researcher and be idle in the research department and help where ever is needed, i want to show people the good side of the research department, what hard work gets you.

i want to show researchers how to communicate effectively, Being able to explain your research clearly and concisely is crucial. Practice presenting your findings, both verbally and in writing, to make your work accessible to others.

people underestimate the power of positive reinforcement in the research department. Highlight the achievements of the research department, both big and small, to showcase the impact of your hard work.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
- "I'm really passionate about research. I love digging into things, finding the answers, and documenting what I learn. I'm always looking for new ways to approach problems, and I think that's what makes me a good researcher. I'm really excited about the idea of being an Executive Researcher because it means I can use my skills to help the department make a real difference. And honestly, I'd love to become a leader in the department someday. I think I have the skills and the drive to make a positive impact."
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
- i have received 1 excellent document.
Think about it like a conversation. You wouldn't just blurt out a bunch of facts, right? You'd start with the main idea, then explain it step-by-step, using clear language and maybe even some examples. That's how you make a document great. It's about guiding your reader through the information, making it easy to understand and engaging. Imagine you're right there with them, explaining things in a way that makes sense.

(That's what I aim for in my writing. It's not just about the information, it's about how you present it.)
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
-
to make sure all Researchers are in following the policy
Help Researchers with paperwork
Grade documents
Do Test
Leading Projects and authorizing High clearance tests (CL4)
Maintaining the standard for tests and making sure People are aware of what is expected

Executive Researcher lore:

Pyroe was a top researcher at Monash University. He loved his job and was always coming up with new ideas. He was so good at his job that he got invited to join a secret organization that studied strange and unusual things.

Pyroe was excited to join this new group because he knew it would be a chance to learn about things he never even imagined. He was especially interested in SCP-049, a scary-looking doctor who seemed to have a power over disease.

Pyroe thought that SCP-049's power, called the "Pestilence," was like a special kind of infection. He noticed that SCP-049 would sometimes say, "I detect the pestilence," when he was near someone. And then, that person would die very quickly. Pyroe thought that the Pestilence needed time to grow inside a person before it killed them. He wanted to learn more about the Pestilence and figure out how it worked. He knew that this organization had a lot of secrets, and he was ready to uncover them.

You have been nice enough to me but, your overall behavior doesn't seem to reflect the conduct that is of being an Executive Researcher, such as the video posted above by Thordan.

Your app additionally lacks detail, and your warning/Kick history is concerning. Also, as far as I know, to be considered for Executive Researcher you must write 3 excellent documents.

You also did not follow the document formatting by skipping over listing responsibilities and you are missing title information

Massive minge app is also lacking would not do well in research as they have the absolute bare knowledge of a what a researcher does and would be more of a hindrance to research than a boon
that -support is the worse thing I've ever heard, I've worked in researcher everyday since I joined, I always strive for results.
this has genuinely hurt me that you think that.
I have always loved research and I always will, I'm only applying for exec so I can be better at research and do more, and help

I honestly think some of this is AI generated. Some of the application has no grammar, is written badly/rushed then some of it in quotations is much better than the rest of the work.

Looking over your behaviour, you dont seem to be very interested in rp either. Executive researcher is one of the most difficult Jr. CL4 positions to obtain due to its potential rp impact and importance.

REGARDING: "Executive Researcher Application"

Dear Applicant,

After thorough review and discussion, we regret to inform you that your application for Executive Researcher has been DENIED. Below are the primary reasons for this decision:

1. Advertising Your Application:
- We have received reports that you were actively advertising your application. This is strongly discouraged, as applications should be judged based on merit and contributions rather than external promotion.

2. Poor Reputation Within the Community:
- Your standing within the community has been noted as problematic. Executive Researchers serve as role models for the department, and a strong, positive reputation is necessary for this position.

3. Lack of Noteworthy Contributions to Research RP:
- While activity is important, we have not seen enough meaningful contributions to the Research Department that positively impact RP. Notable contributions are expected for leadership positions, and we encourage you to focus on improving your involvement in this area.

Due to these factors, your application has been declined at this time. We encourage you to take this feedback into consideration, work on strengthening your contributions to the department, and improve your standing within the community.

Thank you for your interest in the Executive Researcher role.

Sincerely,
Director "Grimoire"
