Why are you applying for Special Agent?
I'm applying because it just feels like the natural next step for me. I've been a Senior Agent for a bit now, I know how surface ops work, and I'm at the point where I want more responsibility. Honestly, I've already found myself stepping up to lead when things get chaotic or helping newer agents get their bearings, and I'd rather be doing that officially as a Special Agent. I'm not trying to speedrun ranks or anything—just feels like the right time to take that step and actually help the department run smoother.

What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
What makes me suitable is pretty straightforward. I know both the site and surface well so I'm not lost no matter where a situation ends up. I've dealt with CI and GOC enough to know how they act/their usual tactics/what they'll try to pull and how to counter it. And honestly I'm just confident under pressure. Nothing really shakes me and that's what the role needs.

How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
I've written documents in the past, mostly SCP sampling docs and E-11 related stuff during my time as an LT. While I haven't drafted specifically for the DEA recently, I know exactly what makes a document good. Being direct and to the point is the main thing; fewer words are better as long as all the needed info gets across. Proper formatting matters too. And if it's a longer one, like 7+ pages, having a table of contents so you know what page is what just makes sense.

What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
Special Agent responsibilities are mostly about leading on surface. You're in charge of making sure patrols and raids go smooth, and handling negotiations or interrogations when they come up. You also help newer agents learn the ropes and keep them in check. Since it's a JR CL4 role, you're also beginning to understand what being a CL4 is all about, getting used to the responsibility and expectations that come with it. Basically it's about stepping up and being someone the team and command can rely on.
