I'm very creative, although I have minimal experience with Gmod's technical aspects of event making, I'm confident I can learn quickly from my mentor. I've created elementary dupes for my office that I built myself, and I like to add props around the site for rudimentary enhancements, but the 15 maximum severely limits me. I think my extensive list of art created based on the server proves my passion for RP and dissecting RP situations thoughtfully.

Please list one RP Enhancement for a Foundation Department/MTF:
Assisting with surgeries in medical, such as spawning in the proper props for them to use (and to make the patient lie down) and directing the results of each surgery action or investigation into the condition of the patient with /it.
Ex. Patient comes in with an unknown larp ailment, I display results of the various tests they would run, such as blood tests, X-rays, or physical examinations.

Please list one RP Enhancement for a Non-Foundation Group:
Helping MCND have unique SCPs to sell/ auction off to The Foundation instead of their regular items.

Please list one Event idea for the United Nations Global Occult Coalition:
The GOC comes across an anomaly on the surface, ideally containing it with little resistance and no notice to The Foundation. Importantly, this anomaly isn't obviously threatening in any way and is relatively compliant with the containment. It also displays some level of sentience. After some tests or sampling, they will move to terminate the SCP (as GOC does). However, every attempt at destruction will fail, and every trial increases the power and adaptability of the anomaly, though it still seemingly experiences great pain. They're faced with a moral dilemma of their failure to terminate a peaceful anomaly that displays consciousness and sensitivity to everything they throw at it. Each termination attempt reveals new abilities of the anomaly, and it increases how dangerous it is to their surroundings
Will the GOC find a way to terminate the anomaly after experimentation and research on it, or will they defy their mission statement to reexamine their unrelenting tirade against anomalies? Or will they try the same termination attempts repeatedly with no regard for its growing power until the anomaly overwhelms the FOB?

Please list one Event idea for the Chaos Insurgency:
CI receives notice from another cell alerting them to the oncoming transport of a promising SCP they could weaponize. The categorization is unknown, but it decimated a small village through unknown means before being captured by the cell. However, once the transport truck rolls up to their bunker, it bumps into the door without braking. Upon investigation, every CI inside is dead. All that remains is a small containment box, seemingly untouched. The CI carefully brings the anomaly into their base for inspection. Can they learn to weaponize its deadly capabilities, or will they fall the same way their predecessors did?

Please list one Event idea for the SCP Foundation:

The Foundation has been noting strange hume readings throughout the site, combined with periodic identification failure on the cameras. After a sitewide announcement, everybody is told to be vigilant for unusual or anomalous behaviour. After a few minutes, rumors will spread. People get the distinct impression that something isn't right, that they don't recognise some of their coworkers. Minutes later, people become paranoid. Another announcement rings through the intercoms, irregular hume levels are increasing with startling frequency. People start to accuse their peers, their friends, as being impostors. The site descends into skepticism. Can the Foundation discover the source of the anomalous irregularities before everybody turns on each other?

Please list a Major Event or Map Change idea (Involving all sides and the entire server):
Some explanation about why I think this idea has merit:
In my opinion, one of the most underexplored elements of the SCP universe in this server is the "Secure" part of Secure Contain Protect. Aside from events, there is no real representation of securing SCPs, aside from the two surface ones, which don't offer any real roleplay value.
My idea would take place on the Event server with a normal-looking map, probably a plain town. The focus of the event would be a civilian population discovering an SCP and not knowing what to do with it/ falling under its influence. This group of civilians would probably be populated with people who are privy to the storyline just to ensure it doesn't go off the rails too quickly. The Foundation gets wind of an anomaly within this small town and arrives to secure it. However, the civilians are deeply intertwined with the SCP, and the MTF are faced with untangling the situation while avoiding innocent casualties.
Some interesting parts I have in mind would involve sending a small group of MTF inside the town beforehand to scope out the situation while trying to blend in with the townspeople. They might face questioning from the citizens and have to keep a low profile so they can discover the source of the anomaly without alerting anybody. Their responsibility is to investigate the town by speaking to various people and reporting back to the main forces what they find. Once they have located the anomaly, the MTF will arrange a plan among themselves to extract it without disturbing the town. (These steps will be ordered by their REGCOM, who will be briefed on the plan by O5/Ethics beforehand.)
I'd like for the MTF to face nonviolent but still inconvenient resistance from the townspeople once they discover The Foundation's meddling in the anomaly, potentially under the influence of a cognitohazardous effect. I'm interested in seeing how the MTF handles this problem, if they manage to subdue the civilians without casualties (ideal), or if they scorch the earth in the town.
Following the operation, the O5/Ethics that briefed them will debrief the success or failure with the people who participated.
The particular SCP involved isn't very important; what's more important to me is the RP performed by the MTF as they navigate the civilians.

What elements can make an event unenjoyable? Include one example, avoiding the typical answers if possible.
Personally, as somebody who loves to participate in events, the ones that have been least enjoyable are those that force players on a path pre-determined by the game master, in which it's obvious that their attempts at branching out the scenario have no consequence on the ending or individual events of the situation.

And finally, what do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster?
Making RP for everybody, especially spontaneously, because I interact with a lot of different people on the server and see how I could enhance their experience, but I'm severely limited.
