Character name(s): Harold Hawks, Craig Perkins
Civilian name: Harold Hawks

-
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: Nu-7 CSG, E-11 CSG, CI-A, GSD Captain, Overseer Assistant, Ethics Assistant, IA Ambassador, IA Director and ECM for about 5 days.
-
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: None.
-
Why are you applying for Site Advisor? Because I've been on both sides of the river with Junior to Senior CL4 work with a speck of CL5 experience and after my short time in the Ethics Committee I want to do things the right way and learn to be a proper site administrator from the ground up. Also, I have ideas that I'd like to see implemented in a more streamlined manner and I think a position in Site Administration will help me in doing so.
-
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?: I have a great amount of experience in CL4 work and managing departments as a former DoIA and throughout all of my roles. I do my best to cast a wide net by joining different departments so that I can learn from the inside what it's like to be one of them and understand what they need, in fact I've been doing that all the way up to now. I already have ideas for policies we can implement with E-11 and Nu-7 along with perhaps something we could do about the D-Class defense issues in D-Block. Not just for combative departments though, I also believe there are some more RP opportunities that can be granted to medical though of course nothing that should be forced onto any of these departments but would be good to discuss with them. Regardless, Site Admin isn't just here to provide new RP opportunities but to ensure that departments are also running up to snuff in general and that's something I've learned plenty about when managing the Ambassador team as DoIA so I think I'm more than ready.
-
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?: The basics are authorizing AA, authorizing KOS past airlock, signing documents in lieu of research leadership or for documents that require higher authority, and signing work permits. The more in-depth duties of SA are bi-weekly department reviews, appointing directors and commanders for departments/mtfs (not including O1, A1, IA or DEA) helping departments with their issues as requested or solving problems within the departments as needed. On top of that is just generally improving quality of life with suggestions made to the leaders of the departments they're in charge of.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
(Most recent lore update is here regarding Chapters 1-6.)
Chapter 7:
With his spirit renewed, Harold had refamiliarized himself with the site and was ready to start making waves again. As an Ethics Assistant, Harold held a few interviews with Site Administration members and dealt with some issues regarding O1 and E-11 though ultimately decided the job simply wasn't enough and wanted more to do as a senior member of the foundation. Thus, when Site Advisor Plug was promoted to the position of Director and a spot opened up in Site Admin, Harold decided it was time to apply himself and aim high once more. With both accomplishments and embarrassments in the rearview, Harold made his interest known and officially sent his application to the Site Director's office for consideration. At this point, all he can do is keep working, showing his prowess as a CL4, and time will tell if he earns the position or not.
