Why are you applying for Internal Affairs Ambassador?
There are several reasons I would like to become an internal affairs ambassador some of those reasons being that I have seen that even with the action of many good new ambassadors there is nothing being done to the problem I see with the department. I feel that if I am able to get into the ambassador role I will be able to push more actively on the flaw in internal affairs. I also feel that the department as a whole needs a perspective from a person who has a history of being in leadership spots on different servers to bring in new ideas that they would never have thought of. I also believe I could be a strong voice that is needed in internal affairs and guide future IA down a path that they will truly enjoy. The main reason I am applying to be an ambassador though is I enjoyed the idea of internal affairs as a whole where I am able to handle situations in an RP manner well not having to bother staff for everything.
What makes you suitable for Internal Affairs Ambassador?:
-Understanding the role: It is important to understand the specific responsibilities and expectations of the role. I have a deep understanding of what it means to run a department as I have had previous experience in other communities
-Calmness: I am a very calm person and don't lose my head very easily. I am able to think critically in all situations when I am needed to do so. I am able to handle all incidents as intended by the CoC and CoE no matter how stressful they may be
-Communication: I am a very vocal person when something needs to be done. It could be something as simple as changing your radio frequency or something as complex as setting up cross-department activities until it is done I will be contently talking to the people that need to communicate with me.
-Seriousness: It is important to have an ambassador that does not have a long history of being unmatured. I have a history of being professional and respectful to those around when and handling my job seriously
I also come from a background of leadership/disciplinary roles from different servers such as icefuse where I held multiple different leadership roles as well as also being in charge of my branch's disciplinary action for around 1 year.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:

Please give some lore about your Internal Affairs Ambassador character and what storylines they would be involved in:
During his 20 years in the military, Doug had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles and locations. As a rifleman, he was trained in the use of various weapons and tactics and was responsible for protecting his unit and carrying out the mission. As a squad leader, he was responsible for leading a small team of soldiers and making sure that they were trained and prepared for any situation. He also served as a training instructor, where he was responsible for teaching new recruits and helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they needed to succeed in the military. Doug's military career took him to various locations around the world, including deployments to [Redacted] and [Redacted]. He was able to see and experience different cultures and ways of life and learned to adapt to new and challenging environments. He was also able to work with people from different backgrounds and nationalities, and learned the value of teamwork and cooperation. One of the highlights of Doug's military career was the opportunity to attend the prestigious Ranger School, where he received intensive training in leadership, small unit tactics, and survival skills. This training helped him to become a more effective leader and better able to handle difficult situations. He also earned several awards and decorations for his service, including the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart, which recognized his bravery and sacrifice in the line of duty. After retirement, he was scouted by the [Redacted] to join the SCP foundation. He accepted the offer and joined the internal affairs department, where he remains to this day. In this role, Doug uses his military experience and skills to investigate and address issues related to the conduct of the organization's employees, ensuring that the Foundation operates in an ethical and professional manner. Despite the challenges he has faced throughout his career, Doug remains dedicated to his work.
