Why are you applying for Internal Affairs Ambassador?
I am applying for Internal Affairs for multiple reasons. To start Internal Affairs is a special role that lets the players “admin” the server without being actual staff. The idea itself behind Internal Affairs is extremely interesting to me and I think a lot of problems get solved from a level headed individual inside the system. One of my main issues when I first joined was the lack of direction and people generally helping the population of the server rather than helping everyone enjoy their time equally. This leads me to my next point of direction of staff, Internal Affairs requires a strong voice and power. Without a leader these actions that the Agents decide to complete turn into an absolute waste of time. If there is a power that leads those members and shows them how to complete their job properly, it greatly increases productivity. With proper leadership the Internal Affairs flourishes, leading to a better server for everyone inside. The last reason I am applying for this role is to better the community and player base as a whole. If there are overwhelming problems within the server then Internal Affairs isn't doing their job enough. Internal Affairs with the proper leadership and direction can strive and greatly increase player happiness within the community.
What makes you suitable for Internal Affairs Ambassador?:
I feel as if I would be a suitable candidate because of a few reasons. First I am level headed and deal with situations directly with the Code of Conduct and Ethics. All decisions made are already well known or I will call for a superior that knows the answer, that way everything is dealt with properly and Ethically. The second big reason I would be suitable for this position is that I have carried multiple titles from Emperor and Grandmaster along with Military Police Commander, General of the Army, Delta Force Commander, and other managerial positions in over 100+ daily population servers. This shows that I am capable of training and handling groups of teams to further better themselves along with the unit they are in. The last reason I will bring up is the ability to teach and train the ones around me. Even as an Agent I will be around trying to help out as much as possible along with taking care of anyone needing help at the moment, if no higher ranks are on. I have over 6000 hours on Garrys Mod and most of them were spent in different leadership positions teaching and improving the server and smaller teams in general. I feel as if I can handle groups of people extremely well and would love to help the Internal Agency thrive.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
2 - One was a normal research the other was a longer research within IA.
A good document is a well formatted and worded paper that is easy to read. The other big point is spelling and representation of the work, other than readability the paper should have a purpose and also correlate with the work you are assigned. The last part that makes up a good paper is its punctuation and flow. A paper should be easy on the eyes and brain to be able to easily go over your information in a quick and concise way.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Affairs Ambassador in RP?:
The main responsibilities of Internal Affairs Ambassadors are to oversee the Agents below them and to make sure there is complete order within Internal Affairs. Their other goals are to teach and mentor the Agents below them to continue to further the growth of intelligence within Internal Affairs. With level 4 clearance they are to help out with higher level problems but to make sure they remember they are not above any rules that Agents follow.
Please give some lore about your Internal Affairs Ambassador character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Johnson McApple was born in Florida in 1974 and raised in the swamps after a home birth. With this Johnson McApple was undocumented and did not have any legal papers. As Johnson got older he started training in the swamp getting his strength and intelligence improved. He did this by talking with all of the local swamp folk and training within the depths of the swamp. After Johnson turned 15 he started his journey up the east coast. Along with meeting different people along the way, Johnson had to be carful not to get in any law enforcements way and to just keep traveling up into the east coast. Once Johnson reached the USA/Canada Border he snuck underneath a truck to get across. Once Johnson got into Canada he started training at a local gym to continue his reach for strength. At last Johnson started to look further into the government operations within the country, as this was one of his main interests to spy and to see what is happening within. Johnson continued to press further and further seeing what he can find and dig up, eventually Johnson stumbled across a metal gate in the middle of a small town. At first Johnson thought it was just a regular base but little to his knowledge he opened up a whole rabbit hole. At first Agents stormed Johnson taking him in and questioning him on why he was there. Johnson started to catch on that he found something interesting, Johnson was later able to convince the military member that he would rather be useful to them rather than just getting rid of him. He started out just researching and gaining the trust of the fellow members. He later made his way up to Agent to help improve any way he can because of the lack of order and leadership within the Agency.
