Why are you applying for internal security inspector: I am applying for internal security inspector because I have been really enjoying my time inside of ISD. Moving into the role of inspector makes sense for me as i now have a very solid understanding of what ISD does and how they operate. With this knowledge I know I can train new members for ISD to a standard that reflects the importance of the job. ISD can either make or break a roleplay scenario, and i think it is so important that everyone within ISD not just Agents/Operatives are upholding the highest standards. I would also like to be an inspector so i can participate in more Roleplay opportunities that require me to be a JR CL4 Personal.
What makes you suitable for internal security inspector: I am suitable for Internal security inspector because I have remained active on the server, I know the FLC and code of ethics very well, and I am always looking for ways to not only improve my own knowledge but also uplift those around me. I feel that these traits make me an exceptional option to become an Internal Security inspector.
What do you think describes an ideal internal security inspector: An ideal Internal security inspector is a someone who is always looking to learn and expand their knowledge, it goes without saying they should also be knowledgeable about other departments as well. An ideal inspector should also know when its appropriate to enforce the FLC and to what degree. ISD should always be on the lookout for FLC, COC, COE violations, but it's also important that we know when to roleplay, and when to step in.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?
I have made only a few documents, around 7, and all of these documents have been in regards to investigations i have done and arrests of individuals. A document that serves roleplay is good in terms of quality when it aims to remain in character and also is precise and to the point without leaving out crucial details. There is a time and a place for documents to be long and drawn out, however it is in my opinion that a good roleplay doc for ISD should be written as a report and be a precise as possible.
What are the responsibilities of the internal security inspector in RP? The responsibilities of an internal security inspector in RP are to be a leader for agents/operatives-Investigators, be knowledgeable about all the policies they enforce, and maintain the ability to stay in character while roleplaying. One of the most important jobs of an isd inspector is to create and provide quality roleplay with not only other ISD but also the rest of the foundation. Of course, an inspector should also be grading documents and monitoring ISD for behavioral issues that that need to be addressed.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal security: I would be good in a leadership position because as previously mentioned i am active on the server, already have a strong baseline knowledge of the polices we enforce both internally and externally, and I am always looking for opportunities to grow both in knowledge and as a role-player.
Please give some lore about your internal security inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in: Zentrio L. Frank is a male who is 25 years old. When he was young he always wanted to be a firefighter so thats what he set his mind out to do. He became a firefighter when he was 19 years old and served for 2 years until one call, a call where he saw things he could not explain. This was his first encounter with an SCP, from then on he looked for answers and always came to a dead end, until he came across the foundation. He started off as a Cadet in GSD and worked his way to a guard, and still he was looking for answers. Thats when he took an interest in ISD, he applied for a position and got it. Still, he is looking for answers and has been in ISD for years now, eventually he may find out what happened to them.
