Details:
I am requesting approval to use a custom tactical model for my Internal Security Department character.
The model is intended to remain consistent with the existing appearance and role of ISD rather than changing the character into something outside of the department. It features a dark blue uniform with black tactical equipment, an ISD-marked cap, SCP shoulder identification, an ISD identification patch on the rear, a plate carrier, duty equipment, balaclava, and dark tactical glasses.
The purpose of the PAC is primarily to give my ISD character a more distinct tactical appearance while still being immediately recognizable as Foundation/ISD personnel.
The external model will be used through PAC3's MODEL component and bone merged to my character in accordance with PAC3 rule 5.10.
